Yes, Usually they will double in size when they flip from veg to flower. You can LST them throughout the whole grow. I see this a lot to open up the canopy to get more light to all of the bud sites.

Its hard to see how big the plants is but 10-25G per plant would be my guess based on the pics i can see. :)
