I'm going to agree with light stress
The curled serrated edges come from stress. The damaged leaves look like no bug damage I have seen and it would take an infestation to cause the plant that kind of stress.
I would keep the damaged leaves as they still have a lot of green to collect energy. Plus I'm guessing they will stop getting worse when you correct the light issue.

My buddy @Tropicannibis-todd grew this strain and she turned out an absolute smasher.
He is using a new nutrient brand and it does what it says on the tin, @NutriNPK you should check both him and them out 😎😎😎
