June 8: planted out on Day 7. Soil for one of them includes a quick compost of peat pot bottoms, couple failed peat pots worth of HP Pro Mix, cannabis trimmings from the manifolds, coffee grounds and lactic acid bacteria (LAB). This looked like legit compost in about two days in the sun in a stainless steel bucket. I’m amazed how quickly it assimilated the frost damaged tops I removed from Candyland. Anyway enough coffee canna compost for five big grow bags. Matched up with another seedling of same strain and age in regular soil.

June 24: it has been a cool and wet June here. Dropped to 6 C here overnight.

These have done alright so far considering the cool and rainy weather.

July 6 ish: added Power Bloom and a handful of malt as a top dressing. July 9: fimmed.

July 31: started using soluble wood ash as K source. Se today’s Gorilla Gelato diary for details.

Aug 13: looks like another round of Power Bloom is needed.

Aug 21: nearing end, switching to plain pHed water.

Aug 26: first round 100 g wet from the two plants. Second plant had a small amount of bud rot that was removed and securely disposed. Sep 1: second round 25 g wet for 125 g so far.

Sep 6: I’ve been ignoring these lower buds but they look pretty done now. Sep 8: harvested the rest of these two plants 165 g for a total of 290 g wet.

Two phenos but both seemed good. Not as fast as some others from Ganja Farmer (Bruce Banner auto, Gorilla Cookie auto, Runtz auto) but still fast enough for outdoor growing here.
