3 vs 7 gal MiG-29

diamondtrichomes I have three grow diaries going with Super Auto Seeds. I want to see if there isn’t any difference in the way the plant grows and the final yield, comparing a 3 gallon pot to a 7 gallon pot. 100% success germination. I start seeds in a wet paper towel for 2-3 days and then once I see a good tap root I drop the seed into a solo cup with CoCo LoCo!

diamondtrichomes Each one took off! Day 13 was transplant day. I use aloe flakes and Xtreme mykos to help with shock. I also put some clover top dress in the 7 gallon pots.

diamondtrichomes Started to see some purpling in the stems so I upped the magnesium with epsom salt (magnesium sulfate). I would really like to use Microbeneficials magnesium product but I still have a bunch of epsom salt so once I run out I will finally order their product. I also did a foliar spray with Lazarus and Uriah on day 17 and 19. Day 25 and im impressed!! This one in the 3 gallon is almost the same height, but I think the 7 gallon has a stronger foundation. diamondtrichomes The girl in the 7 gal is just shy of 4 ft tall!! The one in the 3 gal is a little further ahead in bud development and has a More solid foundation. Stoked on both of these! I added some Bloom boost and I am going to add a craft blend top dress on wednesday (day 35)

diamondtrichomes Wow!! The plant just passed 49 inches! It stretched so much, my light is all the way up and she’s almost touching it! The pics are from day 35 and I covered the cover crop with some rich compost I made. I then put coco loco on top because I like the microbe profile to help with absorption of my compost. I added a couple pics of what looks like rust spots on the leaves of only the tall plant in 7 gallon. I’ve given these two plants the exact same feeding so not sure what is causing it.

diamondtrichomes Wut the wut!?! From ground this plant isn’t is 62” from the top of soil it’s 52”!!! Def the tallest Auto I’ve seen. It is most likely looking deficient because it grew so much taller and needed more nitrogen than the others, but I fed them all the same.

diamondtrichomes I’ve gave a solid feeding. Might give one last small feeding next week, then flush with Uriah until harvest. Ohh the smell!! It literally smells like smoke and fuel. Gonna be high as a jet with this strain 😉

diamondtrichomes 3 gallon is really getting too heavy! 7 gallon is doin good for being deficient. Going to take them clear to day 70!

diamondtrichomes Day 63!!! Gonna give them 7 more days. Just water and Uriah for the last couple feedings. I’ve been busy with the other harvests and work and holiday!! Trying to keep up 🤗

diamondtrichomes SO WHAT ended up with more weight? The short fatty in the 3 gallon or the 5’3 lengthy one in the 7 gallon?? Drum roll 🥁 3 gal-48.8 grams 7 gal-46.6!! Damn what a close one. Again just going to stick with the 3 gallons from now on. I can get more plants per light 😉 the tall one definitely had that haze come through. Since the buds aren’t dense I’m going to press the whole thing into rosin.
