Lots of growth in week 2. Fan leaves coming in big and chunky
BBA 1 growing much bushier, BBA 2 growing much more laterally
BBA 1 topped day day 12
BBA 2 topped day 14
More dense growth and height put on, preflowers beginning to show. It's crazy how different these two plants of the same strain are growing, one really bushy and one really leggy.
Both plants are putting on a decent bit more flower weight, plant 2 is really putting on height and girth. Unfortunately I ran into a little bit of nitrogen toxicity from a compost tea, hence the clawing on some leaves and some abnormal color. Flushing with 6.5pH water seems to have corrected them.
Had to repot plant #2 into a 5 gallon pot as well a few days after flushing. The roots and the soil microbes seem to be very happy again.
Beginning to see some trichomes from BBA 1! Also starting to develop a very mild sweet/fruity smell. Can't wait to see how these terpenes develop.
Tied down most of the main nodes on BBA 2, as it was nearly touching the light and I already have the light as high as I can get in my tent. If it gets much taller I'll have to consider supercropping.
I had to transplant BBA 1 to a 5 gallon pot as well this week, and used the opportunity to mix in Gaia Green and Rainbow Mix Pro dry amendments into the new soil in the bottom of the new pot. Coming along nicely!
Slacked a little taking pictures this week :(
Starting to see a bit of a deficiency in BBA2 starting from lower leaves. Going to try flushing for the next few waterings and try to get it back on track. Seeing nice bud development in BBA1 this week too.
Seeing a bit steeper progression in deficiency in both plants now. Flushing didn't slow the progression so I believe they've used up all of the NLS amendment in the bottom of their pots and are just very hungry as they bulk up. Added another tbps of Gaia Green to both as a top dress with their latest watering, we'll see how that does.
