W1D1 - started to germinate 3 seeds of 3 different strains as a mid-summer outdoor project
W1D5 - the slowest growing within the competition among 3 new seedlings - just taking its head up at approx. 0.8cm.
W1D7 - Much better grow acceleration. 2nd among all 3 new seedlings.
W2D1 - Growing high very well.
W6D5 - Growing really fast. Flowering has started 1.5 week ago. Further LST corrections. No defoliation this time so far. First week of extra nutrient (PLAGRON Alga Bloom).
Week 15 day 1 - Buds are fat, smell is intense, trichoms are properly milky/amberish. After two weeks of flushing (including one day of hefty rain) it's time to harvest! The photos has been taken with 3 different lenses (a little macro experiment). I am going to cut it tomorrow afternoon, trim and set up for drying.
p.s. If you spot some grey hair on the pictures - don't feel offended - it's an indication how much care has been given from the gardener to grow "tree of life" with heart & soul
1st of all - it was a freebee from the seed supplier - I didn't consider Northern Light to grow. But since it arrived with the others (Royal Jack & Amnezia Haze) i gave it a try and - it grew huge!
The main success was the ability to LST at the vegetative phase to separate side buds from the main stalk. The plant grew easy as common grass, enjoying full sun light of the summer on a big top terrace. Legal & organic growing is so good!
Fun fact: the seeds of Northern Light were a free bonus for my conscious order of Jake Herrer and Amnezia Haze - and it outgrew my expectations. I didn't expect it will be the strongest and most prolific plant among my 3 strains set for 2nd grow period. I am curious how will it end after curing. 52g trimmed is better than the 1st vintage 2022.
