Planet of the Grapes

@AstroBloom_Cultivation, We hang them whole in a cool low humidity area with air exchange and movement. Its in a dark area of our loft (built originally as a Dr.’s Office in the late 1800’s) after 3-5 days depending on bud density we move small tester samples to jars and test relative humidity. My wife has mastered this and dries them down to just about 60% and they slowly creep up to the cure zone (or slightly over) and we just burp jars till the humidity settles. Low tech, no cost and the cure is improved we find by waiting untill at least the 45-60 day mark, but it’s not bad out of the gate at dry and only gets better with time.
