Cafe racer Feminized and Mango haze Feminized are doing fantastic, their branches keeps getting thicker. Mango Haze #1 had a smooth run so far, Mango Haze #2 is growing asymmetrically from seed.
Cafe Racer had a slow start but now is the widest and has big leaves. There is no doubt that Cafe Racer and Mango Haze #1 is going to yield a lot based on their size so far but that is the best case scenario! 😁
I left for the weekend after topping, irrigation was on timer and volume of water was reduced by half. When i got back, they recovered pretty good except for Mango Haze #2.
Cafe racer and Mango Haze #1 are like 70% healthy with 16 tops aside with some pH fluctuations 😪 . I am getting a new pH meter ( things last 1/1000 of a lifetime of a nokia )
I will switch to flowering next week and allow 1 more week of veg because some size is missing to carry the heavy baby buds.
Main-lining is slow but extremely rewarding process.
The deficiencies were dealt with, they are growing fast and i decided to switch to flowering. Cafe Race is showing pistils already but Hazes not yet.
Cafe Racer is looking strong, i can tell the yield will be uplifting 🙏
Cafe Racer and Mango Haze #1 were transplanted from 3gal to 7gal fabric pot. I have found 5-7gal offers very generous yield especially if you are putting a lot of work.
The stems that were LST gain significant thickness. Some sights of roots at the bottom of the container, i am glad they conquered their medium.
I am going to watch nitrogen and stretching closely. First time i am building a canopy, the buds always bend and break the branches if unsupported!
I moved Mango Haze #2 outside because its falling behind, some more outside veg time will make it monster!
Some stretch is starting to happen, Mango haze #1 (less bushy) is stretching faster than Cafe Racer (bushy).
Mango haze has stopped stretching, she is now showing off her pistils and gaining size at a nice rate.
Cafe racer is not racing this time nor is drinking cafe. She is going to take a long time to finish flowering!
Mango Haze is doing very good and flowering super fast.
Cafe racer is flowering very slowly.
I am feeding both plants from the same tank, mango haze is taking a hit with tip burns.
A little of heat problem too this time.
I have found 4 bananas on 4 different buds of Mango Haze when i got back from a weekend trip.
I usually open my grow room door during the day to control heat.
Id blame it on heat stress, with closed door, temp climb to 30-31deg.
I will be harvesting Mango Haze this sunday. Mango Haze had so much potential.
The size gain has been impressive. The flower are very long, 1ft and over, she is a proud Sativa! I wish, I spaced them out further apart but noted for next time.
I feed bloom booster once a week to avoid salt build up. Ripening starting from the bottom and slowly creeping up, all top flower still have white pistils!
I have also lowered one LED to better control temperature.
It smells like bubblegum, i wish i could taste that smell!
This strain is a monster, I was definitely not expecting that size of flowers.
It is extremely resistant to heat and disease, I have temp reach 31-32 degrees Celsius and it is still growing bigger day by day.
The flowers are over 1 feet in height and has been so far my biggest yielder.
Next week I will be switching to water only for irrigation and couple of flushes then she should be ready for harvest!
I am very happy with the results, I can't but imagine the results growing this strain in a perfect environment
Finally posting the pictures of the harvest! Its been a while.
The flowers are ripe now, They have gained a lot of size the past 2 weeks and looking forward for the harvest next week.
