On only one of my plants there is a brown spot which I have no idea where it can come from. I didn't give too much fertilizer and I regulate my ph between 6 and 6.5. Some idea?

Slight burning from feeding too often perhaps. Remember, in soil it is a schedule of plain water/plain water/feed/plain water/plain water/feed.........so that the plants are only being fed every 10-14 days, which is plenty in soil, as soil "holds onto" nutrients and the plants need to use up what is already there before new nutrients are added.

Variety easy to grow but unfortunately an attack of thrips in the middle of flowering has stressed the plants a little so I end up with a few seeds.

@amsterdamski33, I think it all depends on cultivation mode and disturbances during cultivation, but I also think that they magnify the numbers a bit like everyone else.
