From seed to sprout !
Amnesia auto XXL feminized from dinafem, outdoor , grows easily like a baby. :) Btw, it’s my first grow of anything ! (Never had a garden or green plant before) lol seems like it’s going well :) discovering my inner gardener and loving it !
Doing it the simple way outside with biological soil and compost of cow poop and shrimp. This one sprouted out the 19 june.
Looking good :) 3 weeks old went from about 9 inches tall to about 2 feets tall ... grows so much faster directly into ground 😁👌🏻
Sunny ☀️ and warm temperatures helped a lot ! Watering every other day when’s when Mother Nature forget :)
Flowering stage started :) smells already amazing ! Letting Mother Nature do the job :) just added some more cow poop compost ( 2 years old compost ) that i went to buy at local farm.
Ok so this week after weeks of extreme sunshine and warmth and humidity at tops without any rain ( had to water thems every day ) and this week I feel the growth has slowed down a bit because of all this rain! It’s been raining every day and not just a little ! Overwatering from Mother Nature !
Still a good week tho because my baby is doing fine ! NO pest at all to signal ... Guess im 🍀
Again this week lots of rain 🌧️ mix with sun ☀️! My girl doesn’t seem bothered tho! She seem to be liking thoses very warms days almost tropical 🏝️ temperatures... no sign of pest or any lack of nutrients on the leaves 😁

I’m not giving anymore nutrients until harvest. She seems happy with her soil that is quite rich in nutrients already !

Hy everyone ! So since it’s my first time a have difficulty to evaluate properly my trichomes... so how close I am to harvest ? Knowing that I would like this Sativa to be the high uplifting strain that it can be...your opinion ? Pictures of the trichomes in week 7 ... thanks :)
Hello @Missionninja, ! That's a sativa so you've got 3 "launch windows" : 1st- Harvest when most of the trichomes are clear = clean & energetic high. 2nd - when they are mostly cloudy =the perfect balance (to me). 3rd - when they are 30%amber and more = sedative/couch lock . According to your pictures somes leaves have cloudy trichomes while some have mostly amber trich , so you should also take a look at the calyxes/buds/sugar leaves on differents parts of the plant to get a general idea of your trichomes maturation as it could change from a bud site to another. You'r the only one who can tell us how close you are from harvest based on your favourite trichomes ratio. I hope it will help you bro 😁👍
So it’s been a mixed ☂️ and sun again this week my girl keep getting prettier 👌🏻 I started rinsing the roots this week with the help of Mother Nature Even tho i only give natural fertilizer since this is an all bio grow ... the buds seems to be getting bulkyer and more dense than ever 💗 nothing wrong to signal again no pest or deficiencies of any kind showing on the leaves 🌱 😊

the hair on the flowers have darkened I would say to 50% , will give a couple more days 💗 but they announce a week of rain after weekend.. so I I’ll harvest right before...

Just added some macro pictures of the trichomes which I estimate to be between 15-20% Amber !
Okay ! So today the 25 August I harvested my amnesia xxl and it gave a wet weight of 139 gr. There were a few stems that I kept to ease the dry so we will see in a week how much there is left on the scale !
Growing this strain was quite easy ! The most critical days are the first 30... if but didn’t have much issues with this girl ! I think she was an easy one ! 😃
My only disappointment with this one is the size ! I was expecting it to grow much higher than it actually did ! But I was very late in the outdoor season also so the sun cycle was not on top when it was planted into ground... so ! Overall would recommend ! DId not smoke it yet ! Will come back with a more detailed review of the effects and taste ☺️ Thanks for watching my first grow ! Will come back next year😊 I’m very happy 😃 that I have done this I will keep growing 🌿🌱☀️0

Well I ordered a magnifying glass 30X and 60X online and it helps I must say to see the trichomes !
But my main challenge was to identify correctly what I was seeing and also identifying the best harvest moment for this particular plant... I think I’ve found a few answers on dinafem website ! They recommend that I wait until I have 20-30% trichomes that have turned gold ! So this is what I intend to do to get the best quality out of my girl 😁 I wikl keep posting pictures showing the trichomes evolution over the nexts week and you will tell me what you think 👍🏻 😆😊

My advice would be to invest in a handheld microscope, ideally 30-100x zoom. This will allow you to view the trichome production and colour which will tell you the optimal harvest window 👍
