I think they are getting fed to much and this is a result of that.
I would invest in a TDS pen asap and start monitoring your ec/ppm of your feeding solution and runoff, this will give you a solid indicator of whats happening in the pot and how to correct a lot of issues. burnt tips are signs of overfeeding but on the edges are issues with potassium. lime green new growth could be something else but not the end of the world.
Autos also like to feed less then photoperiods.
