Start of week 5! August 14
Getting daily water of 6.5 pH. Topping went well, plant responded quickly and the lower branches sprouted up quickly. Doing some leaf tucking as well to help! I have to flip in a couple days to finish on time for the contest. Other then that, the plant is healthy and growing well. I am going with the LED is turning the stems red as it is only om the top half of the stem and my ph in and out is stable
August 15
I decided to transplant today as I am flipping on wednesday. I don't want to, but the contest will be over soon. The final pot for flowering is 1 gal. I mixed Coco with 20% Perlite and 25% Worm Castings from Gaia Green. I did 50/50 Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4 and Power Bloom 2-8-4 at 15ml/gal. Will update when I flip

I was doing some research online to see if it was possible to use coco coir, perlite, with Gaia Green and most comments I've seen(not on GD) were negative and highly claiming that was not doable as it only works in soils....
that didn't satisfy my need of knowing for sure if it was doable, so i came here on GD and search nutrients for Gaia Green then was looking for diaries with coco coir as medium and boom ๐คฏ there you are with all purpose gaia, worm casting and flower bloom and calmag in coco with perlite.
