Started in soil on Friday and now Monday has come with germination!
This Lemon auto was a freevie fron seedsman, that if successful will be pressed out for rosin. Fingers crossed for a good grow!
This Lemon was sprouted in a 5 gallon pot, and is not expected to be transplanted.
The medium used is fresh Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil mixed with rice hulls to provide some aeration and draining. (Around 80% soil 20% hulls).
We currently aren't using any additives or feeds for this sprout, but in the next week or so well get started with Recharge to help inoculate the good fungus and bacteria that we love to see in our soil. As this is not my usual homemade mix we won't have a good healthy rhizoshpere to start off with, but I'm sure we can make it work 😁
Cheers til next time

We have just finished our first week of growth! Week 1 has been pretty uneventful, but we are starting to see new leaves and new nodes coming up.
Right now, we are leaving the cloche over the seedling to help with humidity retention and the grow light being a too strong this early in life.
We had our first major watering yesterday where we used recharge and some green aminos to help this guy along. Hoping that I didn't over water, and looking forward to seeing more egrowth from this lil guy.
Cheers til next time

So far in W2 we are looking good! The leaves got big enough that they were pushing on the cloche, which let's me know we don't need it anymore so far this plant is off to a great start and I am looking forward to how it comes out. I think we maybe have another week or 2 of veg before we should start seeing a stretch so I'll probs do LST soon.
No feed yet, but I think next week I'll do a very light veg and kelp feed.
Cheers til next time,

Starting to see the growth pick up in this last week nodal is spacing out. It may be going into flower soon but I hope I can get 1 more week of veg growth.
No feed today, as the plant is doing well. I am hoping to see a few more weeks before needing to feed, but we will see how that turns out.
Cheers til next time
