This seems to be a reoccurring theme on this grow, sorry to see it is not yet solved. Given your updated info from the previous question with this same problem we can almost certainly rule out that it is from any pests above ground as the sprays on the plants have been applied and the traps to catch them are empty.
I am going to say the same thing as last time, I think this is a weird mutation of the plant caused by something in the root zone, Maybe PH, maybe fungal, maybe root aphids, maybe soil compaction and maybe overwatering... Or maybe a combination of multiple things listed above. I do not think it is pest in the canopy area, and I do not think it is going to get better the more you spray them. I would stop spraying them all together unless you see pests in the grow room. a preventive spraying/watering of BTi once a month/week is ok but only on lights off.
Are you noticing anything weird in the medium?
is it draining well?
Does it have a weird smell?
If you dig into a small part of the pot, are the roots crisp and breaking like small threads or are they soggy and soft like over cooked pasta?
Are you monitoring your PH? or using any PH adjusters like ph up/ph down or any other acids/bases for a DIY perspective in this grow?
If you have any runoff are you noticing anything strange from it? Do you have a TDS pen to test it for its EC or PPM count?
Also where did you get these seeds?
Bag seed?
From a breeder? What breeder was it?
Lot of questions and a few answers I bet that will help us find the real solution.
