I think your mix was too concentrated for such a young plant. Sprays to kill insects are often harsh and if you use the recommended dose you often run into burning issues, especially on younger leaves. I tried half doses with what I got a few years ago and then it was soft enough to not burn the plant, but it didn't kill the bugs either, so I avoid spraying for pests. It's definitely not from topping, the burn is on the top and lower leaves and random. She is in early stage of N toxicity, so there is no need for her to cannibalize her old growth and the plant is young, so I would rule that out and lower your feeding. Using predatory mites is the least impact for your plant and extremely effective. Just make sure you identify the pest correctly because a lot of them are very specialised and one to control spidermites often won't eat thrips.

I would leave them. The part of the leaf that has survived will keep doing it's job and you want to keep as much of that as possible. You also want to avoid cutting the plant unnecessarily, it's normally not a problem, but like with humans a cut is a wound and an easier place for an infection to get in. If there is no serious need to cut, then don't.

You're only in the first week of flower, is that not correct? At least that's what I see from your diary. That's MUCH too early to decide your buds are too small!! If you've got your lights on 100%, are feeding them properly, the plants will do a lot of stretching now and giving them as much light as possible will make the buds larger and denser. I think you're going to be just fine - AND surprised by how they develop from here on out. Good luck!

It's either spider mites or thrips... since the video doesn't hold still long enough (at least for me and my old eyes!), I can't tell the pattern of the white marks but it's one or the other. I don't know what you used in the past but you need to get some Spinosad or Dr. Zymes Eliminator... both are organic, both can be used right up to harvest... and once you have this under control, you need to spray at least once a week to make sure they STAY gone... All depends on the efficiently of the lights. LED's have the highest efficiently of all the lighting technologies but a shit LED light is on par with a CFL. The 200W CFL might be a bit better because it has 4x the wattage. On equal watts LEDS would be better in general, I would use both of them at the same time as its not that many watts. Best Of Luck!

Oh my goodness! That looks yummy!! You comment in your diary that the leaves look bad - but they're NOT looking bad at all... that's their normal fade!! I would get a jewelers loupe and get a closer look at the trichomes - you want to make sure they are all at least milky but best if some of them have turned amber... You are VERY close and she MAY be ready now - but the jewelers loupe will confirm that... Exciting! Good luck!!
