1st... This time will only be writing in english on thé whole diaries, if need any translation (though i doubt) in french just ask 👍😁. A little story... When starting to grow the first two (RIP Neo 😭), the seeds came in a 5 seeds packet. Kept the remaining three in their original packet. Closed the hole behind with tape making sure with a double part on the middle so the seeds don't get on the sticky side). Then placed it in a tupperware inside the back of a small fridge. Took them out on germination date and inside a small clean cup on a paper towel and a plate on top to create darkness. This letting them be at air temp, around 22-24°. Kept it like this until the 21th, then used the paper towel/plate method to make them germ. Today is the 23th, this morning went to check the seeds, all three starting to germ. One is a bit longer then her sisters, but all three are making their first root (maybe there's another word for it as it's the tiny white one coming out from the seeds). Tomorrow will put them in propagator, in their individual starting pots (still the ones that can be planted straight away when ready). Tent should arrive during the week, LEDs did this week. But if not will start them outdoor until the tent arrives or maybe just make a quick temporary set up in a cupboard (will send a pic of one i have in the bassement that could prolly suit) 🤔. For those going to invest on some LST clips as they seem more an ease of use rather then the ropes. For nutrients will still keep on with homemade stuff, maybe on next batch will go plagron or another brand as i'm not sure about how to use them. Water from veggies boling and banana peel juice also seems to work better then tap water only, even if it isn't as effective as really adding nutrients. Main goal for this one is to have a good, but small set up first and try some growing techniques (when I see other diaries, i still have a lot to learn just on growing itself before learning nutrients). To end this introduction for a new batch, i would like to thank the whole community for their posts and diairies, have been learning a lot in few time. Special thanks @GrowingGrannie for the good advice 👍😉

Good testing week. First followed LEDs instructions and placed the LEDs at recommanded height, but seedling grew too high i think : already around 8cm but leaves not really growing yet. Lowered the height down to 25cm (instead of the 90cm adviced from the notice), will keep an eye on it until then. Still using the small LEDs. Getting set up ready this we, everything is here. Also got LST clips and couldn't wait so trued two on Trinity (pics on her diarie). On the three seeds, one had a cotyledon issue, only one popped out, seedling still growing but leaves didn't at all... Will see about it. One had the roots coming put the biopot already, so transfered her in a pot.

Update : 2nd week ending, grow tent is set up, so moved the babies inside to start training before the next batch arrives... Diary has been updated with the new datas from the grow tent transfer. The 36w LEDs are still in the same set up, so took them of the diary. They'll be used for just germinated seedling with the small propagator until the seedlings are grown enough to go in pots. So will incluse them in comments at the beginning of each grow instead of adding them in the diary set up. They're only usefull for that first week of growth (but they were very cheap, my mistake for falling for it, hopefully managed to reuse them). Original post : Seedlings in pot now, doing well. Growing them next to Trinity until the room is ready. When just germinated kept them inside under the 36w led. Then when tall enough took them outside 2h first day, and one hour more each day. Monday they had a hard time with the Sun though, one died with the heat (the single cotyledon 😭), one bended (was in pot since last week) but unlike the previous batch, could go back with a little help and third didn't surfer at all. Used a small hanging wire, cut it short enough, made a loop and with both ends a Y shape, then turned the wire to braid it. Digged it in the soil so the seedlings is supported. Checked it two days after, still hanging in the air a bit, but almost can stand by itself.... Will keep it like that until total recovery.

Only inside the tent for two-three days, but they seem to like it. One is growing quicker, but was in pot a little earlier (it's the one that suffered from the last heat wave) and doesn't need help anymore to stand up right. Still trying different places to sit the pots, but for now moved them almost in the middle. All system turns on at 6am and shutdown at midnight for the 18/6 cycle (LEDs, extractor and vent). Think will keep it this way if humidity isn't an issue later on, cause if it's only reducing the smell at those hours and where the tent is placed it won't be a problem and might get some use of the co² the plant expells at night by keeping it inside the tent (or maybe this won't be any use except saving a very small amount of money, but my computer uses more electricity then the whole set up and it's turned on almost 24/7 😂😂😅).

Girls keeping on growing. Humidity a bit high these days, but after burning Sun and drough, raining like crazy... But they don't seem to bother. Checked the outdoor diary, they're taller at the same age and leaves really good green. They drink well also. Guess this is the diff between outdoor and indoor.. the veg phase isn't quite the same, as for one, the second one is growing kinda the same way as the outdoor one. Think next week is gonna be pre-flowering already.

Those ladies don't grow the same, but it's ok. One is already 52cm, the other one more around 30cm... Tried the LST clips... Had two epic fails, one on each saddly. The branch broke. My bad wasn't doing it right, but finally got the trick.. the one done on Trinity seems to have diner a good work, even though it was quite late. Wonder how these will look. Didn't push the light to cobs yet, rather getting to know it then given them too much, so will wait until they're totally grown to see about the minimum distance they should be.

Week was fine for them (at least). One has grown tall and the other one bushy, and they both were named Legolas and Gimli... Legolas is already 90cm, but Gimli stands produit next to it with it's 67cm... Have put a humidity absorber to lower down, but it doesn't seems to do enough, have to find something else. Lst clips seems to be working good. Will keep an eye on humidity control for this week.

Week 7 Humidity still a bit high, but looks like extraction and vents are doing the job for now. The girls grew high : 132 for one and 120 for the other... Light at max height and only 8cm from the highest top Bud..... Did LST on it because it was touching the lights, to have the 8cm. Week 8 Taller with LST : 135cm Without LST : 143cm Smaller 120cm Those ladies grow taller then expected. At the moment the 16cm light distance is from the shorter. Had to turn the taller one away from the lights : light distance was 3cm... The top bud got heat struck, but that isn't too bad. The diffence with the first outdoor is impressive and was far from expecting such grow. The vent is mostly aiming at the top of the plant, but sometimes moving it down to make sure air goes through everywhere.

So... Week 9 Plants are doing good, smell is nice when opening. Took off some yellow leaves. Vent still concentrated on tops, but sometimes bending down for at least 2h per day. Getting cold these days, will have to figure that during october. So happy with them, can't wait till they finish their grow

Week 10 Girls are starting to get snowy on buds, which are growing well. With the bad weather humidity varies a lot but still vent is doing it's job for now... Have to find a bamboo or something to help them hold up though, will figure it out asap.

Not much to say, as was late for last week... Smell is getting out when i open the tent and feels nice. Quite a lot of pistils are going a nice orange, though trichs don't seem to be mature enough for now, will keep an eye on them AMP.

Compared to the outdoor one, was easier to grow, maybe because of more control. Strain was amazing to grow. Was suprised by it's height. Definitely was an enjoyable growth, can't wait to try it.

So..... I decided to harvest a little earlier then recommended for a couple of reasons. Let's start by the issues... - first humidity... Unfortunately humidity went up this week because of the weather conditions and after m'y first grow didn't want to give a chance to any risks waiting two more weeks. - second started to have a spider-mites infestation but noticed on time so used some neem oil to prevent the spreading. I think it's combined with something else to coat the pests and let them die by making them unable to breathe (saying it like this sounds like torture). As usual using organic products as much as possible so picked up something usable in bio farming label. For the last reason, the trichomes looked ready enough. Checked every single bud and seeking for the precious amber bubbles. As quitte a lot were already good, it was the last thing i was waiting for before harvesting, trying to find a good compromise between the high humidity and how mature the plants were. As i don't seek the couch-lock, and rather a good high then a hard stone, from what i've been reading it was a good balanced moment so went for it. Weight is not accurate as it was with the branches after harvest and will give a correct weight when dried.

@Dolfom, thanks for the info, didn't know that as i use the diaries in eng version 😅. Have indeed a small fan clipped on the tent bar about their height to give them some strengh 😉

@JamesBarre, Yep definitely going on nutes for the next ones. But investing on the grow room + other personnal things for the house like isolation for exemple, made me really short those last months. And even if it's around 60 bucks for a set of three diff bottles of nutes, it's still 60 bucks i couldn't afford for now and as they grew enough for my use i kept on with it until refunding a little. But next batch is going to be fed with real nutes this Time 👍😉
the end.
