The grow seems to be starting off a little slow. May have started with too much light and too much heat.
Raised humidity a bit and lowered light intensity to 5. Might need to start adding Cal-Mag into the waterings.1
Took off the giant fan leaves at the top. I couldn't tuck them very well and I didn't want the airflow to be hindered. I tried to tie down as best as i could. I waited a little too long to start LST. Started adding some Cal-Mag. Will probably start nutes in a week or so.
Took clones from the bottom node. Energy could be better used elsewhere.
Started light nutes this week with one of the waterings.
Continuing to LST to keep it low.
Topped a few of the center shoots because I couldn't figure out a way to tie them down without covering other branches, and they were getting too tall. Some light defoliation helped the side branches grow quicker.
Did a heavy defoliation on day 65. Will probably flip to flower at the end of this week if it bounces back by then. Also might flush the soil before flower so I can start with a clean slate.
I got a new tent, so I took my auto out of this one.
I threw a net I made on top to keep them at a level height.
I flipped lights to 12/12 on day 79 (10/23)
Week 10 of flower was the final week for these girls. Overall, I wish I would have corrected a few things around the time I transitioned to flower. Mostly, I just wish I would have flushed them much better and given the exact nutrients it needed. They got way overfed and got locked out and just had poor growth during the time when they need to stretch into the net. I also need to dial in my light and the environment in general. I will be adding a decent humidifier for my next grow.
Finally cut her down on the first day of week 11 of flower. Super easy strain to grow and it looks incredible. The purples coming through are almost black. She probably could have used a major defoliation, I just couldn't decide when it was best to do so. So naturally, it didn't happen at all. I may have pushed her too hard at times and my yield will probably suffer from it, but I am happy with how it turned out. Next grow will always be better.
Will update weights and add pictures of the finished product once she's done drying. The tent she's drying in has been staying around 65°F/55-65%. I trimmed off most of the large leaves already. She is sticky! 😲
