-Rooting Day 8 - It appears 5/6 have rooted thus far as those plants are responding to their environment and seem to be beginning to vegetate. No visible roots but normally I don't see those until day 9 at the earliest.
-Rooted in Royal Gold Tupur. I really love this stuff. Was only $15.30 out the door locally for 1.5ft³. Same medium the plants will be grown in.
-Currently under a 240w 4000K Kingbright dimmed WAY down. Enough to allow the mothers to continue growing while rooting the clones under their shade.
-Megacrop 2-Part amounts listed above are actually grams/gallon, not tsp. Most water-soluble nutrient users measure using mass for precision.
-Clonex listed above is a guesstimate of what was used in the initial dipping of the cutting prior to planting.
-Related but unrelated. The second set of cuttings I took for a friend I abandoned the tent and went back to my old method of domed in a closet with a single LED light bulb until transplant. The cuttings seem happier overall though no real issues either way.
More info in the following weeks but for the most part it's just a waiting game.
Cloning Procedure - Cut at 45-degree angle, dip in Clone-X, plant in pre-buffered moist coco that has already been inoculated. Keep moist by bottom watering and a minimal amount of light is required. I do18/6 and noticed no difference versus my old method of 24/0 for rooting.
