Day 4
plants are coming along nicely I inoculated the soil. one of the gorilla glues did not make it because I was a little rough with the seed and ended up damaging the roof but I germinated a replacement that is a about 5 days behind. for inoculation I'm using great white Hawaii which I picked up at my local hydroponics store as well as Xtreme gardening mycorrhizal and Xtreme gardening mycorrhizal water soluble. working on lowering the temperature and the pH. hopefully going to be putting in CO2 bags within the next couple weeks. I am interested to see if they actually work considering I should have more than enough light. going to be starting nutrients at week 2 and 1/2 to 3. going to be mainlining on day 14 and low-stress training. germinated and additional one of each strain going to be adding in three more 3 gallon pots. the plan is to train the plants to make use of all the space efficiently. as of right now I am going to be watering the plants in the next 4 days on day 8. Hoping to yeild at least 1 and a half lbs.
the girls are coming along really nice this week. I started nutrients and they seem to respond really well after their first feeding made sure to water them very well because I know that foxfarm can be kind of hot. switched over to Advanced Nutrients pH seems to be looking very nice and the plants are responding. hopefully going to be mainlining all the ladies by day 15. I restarted 4 more seeds because the soil that I was using was 2 years old so that's why they kept dying or grew very slowly hopefully going to have the tap Roots popping out tomorrow so they'll be a few weeks behind but I should be able to keep them all in the same area or raise them up if I need to. also going to be doing a test grow in a Solo Cup with a Girl Scout cookie just to see what happens. still debating whether or not to set up a screen if I do it will be next week it would definitely help with the other ladies that are a little bit behind. so far so good growth seems to be on par with other successful grows. if you have any advice please let me know.
all of the girls are responding well to the high stress training. all of the new seeds I planted a couple days ago have all popped out of the ground and they all appear to be very healthy. hoping to do another tie down in a couple days. no signs of nutrient burn or anything else concerning. the nodes appear to be stacking very nicely. so far the start of week 3 is going nicely.
Excited about upcoming harvest! couldn't get the app to work on my phone for the last few weeks but it looks good now. Main line was a huge success plants are looking great I have 3 tall 3 medium and 3 short one of each strain. Did the last defoilation before harvest today. Hoping the flowers swell big time in the next 2-3 weeks.
Nice start man!!! You definitely picked an excellent strain from an awesome breeder. Follow my journal if you would like. I’m growing fastbuds gsc and gg both week 4. Good luck homie. Growers love
