Week 1 photo isn't of a week old plant. looks like it was stunted from the start, possibly from being planted in search a large pot.

@TheBluntBeauty, Such a large pot.* If you're happy then I am glade for you, I'm just suggesting you start the seedling in a solo cup or something similar next time to help regulate the watering while in the seedling stage. Good luck.
