Hello Diary,
The flowering phase has begun.
Although much slower than their roommate Cookies Gelato. But yes, North Thunderfuck shyly started to throw out flowers.
Both plants grew about 20 cm in the last seven days, and got more new leaves.
So at the end of the week I did defoliation. I removed the twigs and leaves from the lower parts of the plant.
Now watering will be much easier as the air flow has improved.
Watering is every three days, p.H. I lowered the standard to the value closest to 6.0 and continued to add Bio Flowering Booster.
This week I started adding the second component which is Thicker Flowers from the Bio Flowering Booster kit.
Conditions on the Farm are not ideal. The temperature is above 29 degrees, no wonder considering the heat outside.
Humidity is low, below 50%.
The Farm has gotten crowded, both North Thunderfuck and Cookies Gelato have branched out nicely so I have to be a lot more careful when taking them out for photos.
I also changed the lights to 6/18. Now they have 6 hours of darkness and 18 hours of light.
Here's what it looked like last week.
22/07/2022 - Day 22.
Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, added Lemon Kick for pH regulation and Bigger and Thicker Flowers from the Bio Flowering Booster collection.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.4 degrees and 49% humidity.
25/07/2022 - Day 25.
Watering. I repeated the procedure as three days ago.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.3 degrees and 47% humidity.
28/07/2022 - Day 28.
Defoliation, photography and watering. I removed the twigs and leaves at the bottom of the stand to make watering easier and to improve air flow through the plant itself.
I watered the plants as I did three days earlier. I changed the light regime on 18/6.
North Thunderfuck Car #1 - 53 cm.
North Thunderfuck Car #2 - 60 cm.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29.4 degrees and 47% humidity.
That's all for this week, thank you all for your support and see you soon.
Very nice start! Seedlings look amazing and very strong! Good luck the rest of the way... it will be interesting to see which option you find best - the bat guano or the mycorrhiza!
