First of all thanks to the SSSC for this opportunity, this is going to be a test grow fot the club but also a pheno hunt at the same time!
We started to germinate 8 regular seeds for this first diary the 21st of august, next couple of days i will update the germination ratio! And after that the week 1 starts
hopefully we get a reasonable amount of females here!
Already 4 little plants are born, i expect that the next couple of days some more seeds will show their little heads! But as they are taking a little longer to germinate i placed some more seeds in water just in case 😁
Im exited as a little kid with this one, chemdawg has a really nice gassy and diesel terpene profile together with the tangerine this must be a terpene bomb! I expect to see some slight pheno difference as always, lets see if we are lucky and get a fat chemdawg with a nice citrus background!
At the end we have 13 chemdawg x tangerine 😁 i need to finish some plants I'm flowering before they go to bigger pots, im planning to use organic fertilizers with these girls, lets see how much females we have 😁
Another week of veg for this strain, at the moment all is looking good, we didn't detect any strange behavior in the seedlings or little plants, cant wait to transplant to bigger pots but at the moment im waiting to harvest 😃 after that they will go to their final pot and room 😁
Finally we transplanted these girls (or boys 🤷🤣) lets give them some more week, at the moment we can already observe some bigger plants than others, like more vigorous! Im tagging all of them and getting some clones thats for sure! Lets preserve this genetic to continue some more grows in the future 😁
Last week of growing started, we will switch to flowering at the end of the week.
Hopefully we have quite some females here! Lets see!
Nothing special was done, simply water as all had seaweed and biogrow already, during flower we will only add some extra PK and some sugars and it should be more than enough!
First week of flowering and its going great! The plants are still nice and green from the biogrow we gave some weeks ago, next steps is to give some guanokalong bloom nutrients and a small shot of green sensation from plagron!
The first week of flowering we already found 4 males and removed them from the tent, I'm observing 2 more plants which can be males, the rest seems to be females!
Week 2 and nice and green, we just gave some more organic nutrients like palm tree ash and some guanokalong powder, for the moment its seems to be all good, in 2 weeks I'll be adding some sugars and some more PK
Another week for the girls! All good so far, still around 5 weeks to go 😅 and i cant wait to harvest all these strains already!
Only water with a ph 6.5 is given as we are using organic nutrients, maybe I'm giving some green sensation or some other extra PK soon i dont know yet 🤔
Wonderful tangerine smell, all strains are looking and smelling more or less the same, some buds are a bit bigger and some other showed some more stretching when we switched to flower but in general wonderful strain, lets see if the buds taste as good as they smell 😜
Week 4 already! We start to see a small nutrients deficiency, time to add some more organic stuff, i didn't applied too much so it seems it was food for 4 weeks, great as i dont want to give too much nutrients, I heard that organic nutrients gives a better taste and avoid salt accumulation in the roots, i always have been a typical grower using bottles but lets see, at the moment very happy, buds are looking good, i do need to add some sugars I think 🤔
Another week for the sour Tangie Dawgs😁 so far so good, only 2 and half weeks left, we gave some candy and for the rest only water! Hopefully things continue to go good!
Great strain at the moment, nice citrus 🍋🍊 smells and nice and sticky buds!
The dawg is getting fatter and the smell is incredible, it reminds me a bit of a sour diesel but more citrus like, the plants are going great and look quite stable, i observe the same type of smell and the same structure in the plants, we do notice some a bit bigger than others but in general quit similar
Some more days for this fantastic strain, the citrus smell is wonderful, also very generous buds, big and fat, some nice colors started to apear after only giving water
Nice and big buds are observed, these girls are almost ready for harvest.
Easy to grow strain even of you are just starting as grower. with a nice citrus smell and a gassy background. This strain is very generous all the buds got quite big without any problems. Also some nice thc is observed, that precious white gold we are always looking for 😁🤗
Wonderful strain, nice mix of smells and very generous, we grew this strain with organic nutrients and some extra pk + some sugars, the smell is a very strong citrus and orange smell, the thc production is quite good, i would say above average of course under ideal conditions, i did had some days of heat so it could have gone better, but at the end we had 18g per plant under 150watt lamps which is quite OK in my opinion. Definitely worth to repeat, close to one of my favorites
