Week 3 of flower was by far the most eventful during this growing cycle. I ended up getting a gorilla 2x4 for the extendable roof to give me plenty of clearance for the trees these SIPS grow. I decided to end the week with a final top water and Bokashi sprinkle to help break down the build-a-flower Topdress I did a few weeks ago. Last but not least I performed a major defoliation to both plants , mainly to provide better light penetration to lower side branching colas under mains. Some frost is starting the form on both plants and while I was defoliating I noticed the smell shifted from gassy to sweet berries on the shorty pheno. Pheno #1 remains Skunky and funky but still very mild. I'm very excited to start watching these plants stack these next few weeks.
@Louder, I haven't once checked PH or ppms, it's a truly fascinating way to grow & Buildasoil really makes it plug and play in regards to setting up a living soil. The initial financial investment was high, but in turn I felt the labor (feedings, waterings) was much simpler than other methods I've used in the past. I appreciate you taking the time and reading my posts.
@Dilphoducus, reading through your posts, it's obvious you've done your research. Is it as much work as it seems? Do you even have to worry about ppms/EC etc?
Nicely done! Those buds look great. I just smoked some Member Berry for the first time this weekend. It was some dispo stuff but it was still decent. I'm gonna have to add this strain to my wish list. It would be fun to try homegrown member berry. Cheers and Happy growing!
@@Permafry, it's a fantastic strain that responds well to training and apparently the source of some of Ethos newer creations (Pink grapefruit/PlanetoftheGrapes)
I've grown this twice now. Once outdoors and once indoors. Don't be scared when she starts to turn purple and shed leaves in flower. She pumps tasty nuggies.
@Dilphoducus, if you check out my current blueberry diary the purple plant beside it is memberberry. Also, throughout my grandpas stash diary you can see her in the back.
Excellent job on this grow, it truly was a pleasure browsing through your weeks and seeing the progression. Nice clean set up as well very professional looking. It looks like some fire as well! Remember sharing is caring๐ and puff puff pass๐. I look forward to seeing your next diary๐ช
