The yellow leaves will never repair themselves - they'll always be yellow. What happens, when you correct the pH, is that you won't see more leaves turning yellow. Eventually, or even now, you might want to simply trim off those lower leaves - they're not doing anything for the plant and they're taking away a little bit of energy that could be put into the rest of the plant.
