Exotic genetix Cherry Bang Bang

We had a 100 percent germination rate this is day 20 from seed. The girls are growing fast and are drinking even faster! I’ve never watered this often this early. The nearest plant is outgrowing all the others and my eye is already on her. Will be uploading my new YouTube video documenting each few days of this grow. Should be ready for transplant soon!

Day 26 we officially transplanted into Veg. The girls were more than ready as you can tell by the root balls! I used great white michrorizae for the transplant woes! Will update weekly. Check out my YouTube for my seed to veg video.

Day 35! One week from transplant and we started our first LST which was topping today. After topping we watered with recharge to help combat any of the stress woes.

Week 3 of veg and we have topped and started our LST. We are watering every other day with dechlorinated tap water PH’d at 6.2. We use recharge once a week with our waterings usually after inducing stress.

Week 4 of veg and we are nearing our transplant into flower. These girls are super thirsty so we are watering every day. We are also continuing our LST throughout this entire veg process. This allows the plants to develop laterally instead of vertically, helping fill your tent faster and with more top cola sites.

Day 49 from seed and we officially transplanted the girls were showing signs of nute defiency and have clearly outgrown their 1gallon veg pots. I used dynomyco for the transplant shock and will wait 48 hours before flipping into flower and placing a trellis net over the plants tucking all leaves below it. My soil mix for the first 4 weeks of flower is Dr. Earths 4-4-4 all purpose and dr earths 3-9-4 bloom 50/50 mix at 3tbsp/gallon.

Week 1 of flower is officially complete with the 12/12 light schedule. The girls are already starting to stretch and I am constantly tucking branches/cola sites down to get an even coverage and canopy. The girls are already starting to get purple leaves!!! This is the easy part of the grow!! Just water when necessary and monitor your environment.

Week 2 of flower and these girls are showing bud development. I am watering everyday as they are heavy drinkers. I am also directing each bud site into a trellis net square to ensure optimal growth

Day 21 in flower/week 3. We topped dressed today as these girls are heavy feeders and we’re also showing me signs of wanting more nutrients. It’ll take about a week for these nutrients to be inoculated and ready for the roots to uptake. I also cleaned up the garden with some selective defoliation. These girls are being watered daily! Look at them happy as hell with their leaves praying towards the light. The VPD is locked in.

End of week 4, day 28. The girls are already showing signs of purple/pinking of the leaves. One pheno has caught my eye specifically which is pheno number 1 she is already frosting up nicely. The tent has a hint of sweet cherries. This is the easiest part of the grow. Just sit back, monitor your environment and water when necessary.

Day 35 in flower and these girls are really starting to smell. I’m getting hints of cherry with sour and sweet undertones. One pheno specifically is smelling like a sour cherry fun dip and has caught my nose and eye.

Day 42. These girls are going to finish around day 56-63. One plant is fading early but that has been the one pheno that was a heavy feeder. It’s a little early for me but I’ll just continue to use recharge to get her through. The girls are really starting to fatten up and put on frost. The terps are insane and extremely loud. Straight sweet sour cherries 🤩

Day 49! The garden is fading beautifully. I love this style of grow as I’ve literally only had to water/defoliate. When you open the tent you are immediately hit with cherry sweet funk terps. Each pheno slightly differs but each one has a distinct cherry smell. Listed below is the terp profiles I’m getting as of day 49. Pheno 1- cherry cleaner pheno 2- cherry with a light candy Pheno 3- cherry fun dip Pheno 4- straight cherries with a hint of gas Pheno 5- sour cherry gas Can’t wait to see how these girls terps finish. Strongly debating keeping pheno 3 and also pheno 5 which is the dark purple pheno. Decisions, decisions.

On day 56 the girls were 70/30 cloudy to amber trichomes (my preference) they were ready for harvest. I took clones from pheno 3 and pheno 5. I will be monster cropping these clones to preserve their genetics. the girls went into 48 hours of darkness right after. On day 58 the girls were chopped. The tent was cleaned top to bottom and we started our drying process. We will be shooting for 60-65 percent RH with a temp of 60 degrees. I expect this dry to go 10-14 days. I will update a final dry weight, pics, and smoke test in a few weeks after the cure. Pheno 1: strong natural tart cherries with a slight candy Pheno 2: loud cherry candy Pheno 3: cherry fun dip Pheno 4: cherries mashed with earthiness Pheno 5: the strongest cherry pheno I’ve ever smelt. Just loud cherries in your face. I kept pheno 3 and 5. I pressed both into rosin and the terps were insane it smelt like I worked a double at the marischino cherry factory. The terps on 3 were cherries on the inhale with a candy fun dip exhale (absolutely up my alley). Pheno 5 was the most in your face cherry I’ve ever tasted. It was straight cherries throughout the inhale exhale with a slight tart/candy on the back end. I have found my cherry phenos for my future business. Thank you for riding this journey with me.
