She is 31 days old and she doesn't seem to bloom. The second plant is 2 days younger but already blooms a week. Seems like something is wrong. Not sure of the gender. She has only a couple of small clusters with white โhairsโ, but they are too small to even take a photo

It's just a different phenotype. It will take longer than the already flowering plant, but thanks to the long veg you'll likely get a bigger harvest too. Don't worry about it!
