~ Auto Lemon Kix®️ by Dutch Passion ~ Las Vegas Lemon Skunk Autoflower Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together cultivating Dutch Passion's Autoflowering version of their outstanding Skywalker Haze along with three other incredible autoflowers from Dutch Passion that I'm running separately, so buckle up and hold on! This will be a wild ride for sure! I've wanted to grow this strain for some time now and finally have an opportunity to see what I can do with it, and I've germinated two so double the fun! "Auto Lemon Kix is the strain of choice if you are looking for the fruitiest aroma in an autoflower with a high THC content. These sativa dominant autoflower seeds provide a complex fragrance and taste that is simply hard to match. The buds are bursting with terpenes - the compounds which produce the deep aroma and tasty flavors in cannabis. They are also loaded with THC-rich trichomes. It is a very potent autoflower that produces beautiful light green, white buds with a thick sticky layer of resin that smells and tastes incredibly fruity. It can best be described as a sweet mix of tropical fruit and lemon, very penetrating and tasty!" ** "Auto Lemon Kix has one of the most complex and fruity flavor profiles in our autoflower seed collection. You can smell a certain sweet, fruity fragrance reminiscent of a well-known USA brand of small, colorful candies. Expect a rich attractive fruity/skunky scent, a citrus-like taste and a very powerful, long-lasting euphoric high." ** "Auto Lemon Kix is an autoflower with a slightly longer seed-to-harvest cycle than average. It will take about 12 weeks before she is ready to harvest. In non-ideal culture conditions, this phase can be delayed by around 1-2 weeks." "We advise you to grow her in soil/compost with organic food for the tastiest end result. The organic food and soil bring out the best in her and provide you with extremely fruity buds that will continue to amaze you time and time again! For optimum results it’s important to wait until she is ripe enough. Try not to harvest her too early because it is precisely in those last weeks that her potency and taste profile rise to extreme heights!" ** **Credit- Dutch Passion.com ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~ Grown in 15L Gronest geotextile pots filled with Mother Earth Grow 70/30 Coco/Perlite with Xtreme Gardening Mykos added. ~ Seeds were germinated directly in the medium without any 'pre-soak' ~ Seeds were planted three days before the Full Moon (Waning Gibbons) and sprouted within 72hrs, on the Full Moon. ~ Feeding will be by Lotus Nutrients (first time using) ~ 24hr light cycle while germinating ~ 20/4 light cycle after first leaves appear. ~ 4x8 Gorilla Tent ~ HLG 650R w/ 30w Supplemental UVA Bar controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. Dutch Passion Auto Lemon Kix... Pucker up! 🍋🍋🍋 Saying that I'm excited to run this strain would be a huge understatement! I'm very anxious to get these babies in the medium which will be done without any per-soaking. They'll both go directly into the medium 4-5mm deep, get about a shot glass worth of water sprayed on them to get them moist, then have a Solo cup with vent holes in it placed over them until the first true leaves emerge. Today the 15L pots were filled with medium and watered with .75g of de-chlorinated well water that was ph'd to 6.8 @ 75℉ to get the medium moist before the seeds are planted. After filling the pots, they were tagged and placed in the tent on drip saucers. 10/7- Well fam, here we go! Today is three days before the Full Moon (Waxing Gibbous) and I planted each seed in its 15L pot, watered them and covered them with red Solo cups that had vent holes drilled in them. I'm running the HLG 650R at 25% power 24/0 to keep the temperature in the tent running a constant 80℉ with the help of the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 and Controller 67. I set the controller for a 'High Temp' of 80℉ and it does the rest, adjusting the fan speed to maintain the set temperature... pretty sweet! 👍👍 10/10- Today is the Full Moon... Seventy-two hours since being planted in their medium and, just like magic, there is life! They BOTH broke ground mid morning...100% germination! 😍👍 Both are doing well with the #1 a little slow opening up . she's wearing her seed shell like a little helmet. If she doesn't open up by tomorrow I'll give her a little GENTLE assistance. Other than that, I'll just maintain their moisture levels for now. 10/12- Well both girls are doing great! Yesterday, the #1 still had her seed shell stuck on her preventing her cotyledon leaves from emerging so, after disinfecting my hands, I very gently opened up the shell slightly to allow the leaves to do the rest... she was good to go today! I went ahead and also set the TrolMaster Hydro X light controller to a 20/4 cycle with a 15min Sunrise/Sunset added. The HLG 650R remains at 25% power for now and I have not started to supplement co2 in the tent. Tent temperatures remain a constant 80℉ and I'm keeping the clear Solo cups over them to act as humidomes until they're at least a week old, then I'll pull the cups and set the humidifier in the tent to 65-70% RH for them. 10-13- The Solo cups came off today! I fired up the humidifier in the tent and set it to maintain a RH in the tent of 65-70% at this time. Tent temp's remain a constant 80℉. Well, there's a week gone by since these ladies were nestled in their medium... Week Two here we come! 😎👍 ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... May all your days and grows be Blessed! 😎🙏❤️ ~

As always, It's a big relief to get through the first 4-5 days as the seedlings are so delicate at that stage. Now, they've had a chance to establish some roots (albeit small ones!) and have their first sets of true leaves emerging. Now that the Solo cups that were acting as humidomes are gone, I'm keeping the RH in the tent at 65-70% via a 1.5g humidifier. The lights are still set to 25% power and are roughly 40-45 inches above the plants. I moistened the medium directly around each using a 1L pump sprayer filled with de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.2 @ 74℉. 10/16- Yesterday I checked the moisture level in their medium, which was slightly moist. Their color was looking a bit pale and since all they have received so far is water I went ahead and fed them. I mixed up a 1g container of nutrient using: 1g well water that is 150ppm @ 7.0 ph, to which I added 1tsp of Lotus 'Grow' and mixed thoroughly. I then checked and adjusted ph to 6.3 @ 75℉. After mixing, I gave each girl 20oz. of the solution gently poured in a circle, staying about 3-4" out from the plant. Watering this way moistens the medium where I want the roots to spread, looking for moisture and keeps from drowning the plants young root system. The #1's first leaves have a bit of a wrinkly appearance at their tips, which I attribute to when her seed shell was stuck preventing her leaves from opening up which I gently removed. Today when I checked on them, they both have a noticeably darker color and their leaves are up, looking vigorous... I'd say that these ladies are good to go! 😎👍 I'll be feeding only once or twice a week for the first few weeks, then gradually up their nutrient levels. 10/18- Well the #2 is looking great and the little #1 is well on her way to catching up to big sis! 💪 I didn't water them yesterday and just basically made sure the tank on the humidifier was topped off with water. Today I gave them each a good drink of 1.25L of well water with 0.4ml of Dutch Pro's Silica Von Liebig’s Special added that was ph'd to 6.2 @ 74℉ 10/20- Today I increased the power to the HLG 650R's to 40% and checked and adjusted their height from the plants to 40". I fed both today with 1L of well water with 1 tsp/g of Lotus Nutrients 'Grow' along with 0.4ml of Dutch Pro's Silica Von Liebig’s Special that was then ph'd to 6.2 @ 74℉ The #1, which is the smaller of the two, has a little bit of yellowing on the tips of her first leaf set. I'll keep an eye on her and cut back on her nutrient ppm's. She's sprouting her third node of leaves and overall appears really healthy otherwise. The #2 is taller and on her fourth node with slightly wider node spacing as well, and like her sister is looking very healthy! ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... May all your days and grows be Blessed! 😎🙏❤️ ~

The #1 is still a little shorter than her sister but otherwise she's healthy with good color and vigor. The #2 is looking superb, has her fourth leaf set emerging and has side branching beginning! Yesterday was a 'dry-out' day and all I did was refill the humidifier which I turned down to 60%RH as their water amounts have increased and their pots are contributing to the overall RH in the tent which I'm keeping in the mid 60's right now. Today they received a good feed of 0.7g of well water with 0.4ml of Dutch Pro's Silica Von Liebig’s Special added, then enough Lotus Nutrients 'Grow' added to bring the EC to 1.2, that was then ph'd to 6.1 @ 74℉. I gave 1/4 of it in their drip pans so that their pots could suck it up from the bottom as the medium at the bottom was extremely dry, the remainder was given through the top. After feeding they both had runoff in their pans which I removed after waiting 15min. and checked its PH which was 6.3 @ 73℉. 10/23- I didn't water them today as they were saturated yesterday and I'll wait until their medium dries to the point of just being slightly moist before they're watered/fed again so I just checked and made sure their humidifier, which is now set to 60%RH, was topped off with water. Both are really beginning to take off with noticeable daily growth occurring now! 😎👍❤️ 10/25- The girl's have had two days off from watering so that their medium dried out sufficiently which I always check with a soil hygrometer to insure against over watering. Today I watered both with .75g of well water with 0.4ml/g of Dutch Pro's Silica Von Liebig’s Special added, that was then ph'd to 6.0 @ 74℉. They both are growing steadily and have a beautiful dark green color to them. Their node spacing is pretty tight, especially the #1 which is noticeably shorter than the #2. They both have their 5th leaf sets emerging now as well as multiple side branching on both girls! I'm going to have to start LST on both very soon! 10/27- I held off watering/feeding today as they had some weight to them when lifted. I'll be giving them a heavy feed tomorrow! I switched out my AC unit for the tent which was positioned on the outside of the tent for a smaller unit that I placed in the tent. The other unit had its cold air directed into the tent via a 4" hose and it was not enough airflow to keep the tent temperatures in the sweet spot. The smaller A/C is having no problem keeping the air temp's at 78℉ with the HLG's now set to 55% power. The #2 is now pushing 6" tall and has really begun to take off! Her color on the #1 is also off slightly which I'm sure will resolve after her feed tomorrow. The # 2 while smaller, is doing fantastic, looking happy and healthy! ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... May all your days and grows be Blessed! 😎🙏❤️ ~

They're 19 days old and looking like champs. The #1 in a smaller plant but is healthy and is continuously sprouting new growth! The #2 is going strong and is noticeably larger than her sister. Her color was slightly pale but otherwise she's very healthy with great vigor, and like the #1, is sprouting new growth daily! I was waiting two days in between watering/feeding but now, that they are getting bigger and their root systems are getting well established, I'm switching to an every other day schedule to prevent their medium from drying out to the point that they're stressed. Today I watered/fed each with 1g of 74℉ well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special and Lotus 'Grow' which I then added until I achieved a 1.2 EC. I then checked and adjusted the ph to 6.0. After watering them I waited approximately 15min. and then, using a 2.5g mini wet vac, I removed the excess runoff from their drip pans. I have the lights now set @ 55% power and they're approximately 38" above canopy which the girls are loving! I also checked their leaf temperature's which are running 75-78℉ which is perfect! The RH in the tent for the past week is averaging 65.3%, air temp's averaging 78.4 and an average VPD of 0.96 10/30- After giving them a day to dry out, I watered both today 2 hours after 'lights on' with 0.5g of well water with 2.5ml/g of Earth Juice 'Oily Can' added and then ph'd to 6.1 @ 74℉. After watering there was no runoff and 3 hours after watering they were both 'praying' 😁👍 They're both getting really bushy now! The #2 is on a mission with really rapid growth happening right now. Tomorrow I will begin training the #2 by tying down some of her branches to allow better light penetration, the #1 just needs some 'leaf management' taken care of as she's still fairly small. 👻HAPPY HALLOWEED!👻🌱 11/1- I went ahead and let them both dry out some more and skipped watering yesterday. Today they looked a bit thirsty so I just gave them a small drink of 0.25g of well water ph'd to 6.1 @ 72℉. Today, I added 2 cups of earthworm castings to their pots and worked it into the medium by hand. I then fed the girls, giving the #2 0.5g of well water with 0.4ml of Dutch Pro's Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 2.5ml/g of Earth Juice 'Oily Can', then enough Lotus Nutrients 'Grow' added to bring the EC to 2.1, that was then ph'd to 6.0 @ 74℉. The #1 only received 0.25g as being smaller, her medium was still fairly moist. After watering/feeding, there was no visible runoff and 3 hours after their feed they both were looking vibrant! I also have started bending some branches down on the #2 using horticulture wire. Both the #1 and #2 are receiving LST through the gentle bending of branches and judicious leaf tucking! 11/3- Today they both look amazing and have abundant new growth happening everywhere! Both are showing signs of 'pre-flower' now... it won't be long before they both start to really take off! I did not water them today as their pots are heavy to lift so I turned their pots 1/4 turn and did a little canopy maintenance. Onward to Week 4 for these pretty ladies.... See you there! 😎❤️ ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... May all your days and grows be Blessed! 😎🙏❤️ ~

The #1 is approximately 10" tall, the #2 is taller with wider node spacing and is at 14" and going strong! Both girls are receiving daily training to keep on top of the light penetration down into their canopy. Today they both got a watering with 0.5g straight well water that was 100ppm after being ph'd to 6.0 @ 74℉. After watering, they had minimal runoff which was reabsorbed within 10min. I'll skip watering tomorrow and give them a good water/feed the following day. I always check their medium with a soil moisture meter to ensure that they maintain the proper level of moisture in their medium. 11/6- With both girls going into flower I introduced Lotus Bloom into their feed. Today they received 0.5g of 74℉ well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, Lotus 'Grow' @ 4 tsp/g and Lotus Bloom @ 1.25 tsp/g to achieve a 2.4 EC. I then checked and adjusted the ph to 6.1 I raised the lights to maintain a 38" light to canopy distance. I also checked the leaf temp's on both plants which were running 78-80℉ which is perfect. The tent environment has been spot on with an average weekly VPD of 1.10 kPa and it shows in their appearance and vigor! 11/8- Yesterday was 'TRAINING DAY' and both ladies had branches tied down with coated horticulture wire and also had some shade leaves and older growth removed to allow better light penetration into their canopy's. Today I went ahead and checked their mediums moisture level. I decided to go ahead and water both with well water which I added 5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can to and then ph'd it to 6.0 @ 73℉. I'll let them dry out for a day, then check their medium again to decide whether to feed them or wait another day. Both plants have recovered from the LST they received yesterday and are looking HAPPY! 😍 11/10- Today I checked the moisture in their medium and decided to let them go one more day until being watered/fed as they were still pretty moist. I did place risers under both of their pots to allow air circulation to the underside of the fabric pots to avoid having the lower portion of the pot stay too wet. It's been a great week for these ladies and we've got PLENTY of weeks of flower ahead of us so hang on, it's gonna be a wild ride! 🤪 ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... 💚what you grow, Grow what you 💚~

I'm switching their nutrients this week, eliminating the 'Grow' nutrient and upping the 'Bloom' portion along with the addition of Lotus's 'Boost'. I'll be upping their ppm's as well going as high as 2.6-2.8 depending on how the plants react. I have the lights @ 55% power hung 38-40" above canopy and temp's in the tent are maintaining 76-78℉ with a 55-60% RH resulting in weekly VPD averages of 1.16kPa and a max VPD of 2.08kPa. I've also been keeping an eye on leaf temperatures to ensure that they do not exceed 81-82℉, which I've kept in check via light output and height above canopy along with tent temperature. I gave them a good water/feed today with 0.75g of well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 4 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 1.25 tsp/g to achieve a 2.6 EC. I then checked and adjusted the ph to 5.9 @ 74℉. 11/13- Today the girls were watered with 0.75g of well water, without anything added, that was ph'd to 6.1 @ 73℉ to prevent any buildup of nutrients and to pull fresh oxygen down into the lower portions of their fabric pots. I left the runoff that drained into their drip pans remain (the pots are on risers to prevent them from sitting in the runoff) to help add some RH to the tent as our weather has gotten colder and A LOT drier. Because our weather is now staying cold I decided, with the outside air temp's now not going above the mid to upper 40's℉, to remove the portable A/C unit from the tent and instead bring the cold outside air into the tent to keep it cool. I accomplished this by placing a Hurricane 6" inline 450cfm fan with a speed controller hooked to it into the A/C exhaust duct, and then routing the duct hose end to be exposed to outside air. I secured the other end of the exhaust duct in on of the tent doors that I really don't use and secured the door zippers to in creating a light proof seal. Now with the lights running at 60% power the tent temperature is holding a steady 72-74℉ which will be perfect for flowering. I'll just have to keep an eye on the RH for a few more weeks until they're further into flower and I'll want the RH to be in the 35-40% range. 11/15- Yesterday, I decided it was time to defoliate the girls. I started at the bottom, removing the large shade leaves, and worked my way up to the middle of the plants removing lower shade leaves from stalks and also any tiny flowers forming down low that will never become really nice and use up energy better used elsewhere in the plants. Today both of the ladies were looking absolutely vibrant, showing zero signs of stress. I went ahead and checked their medium's moisture content, then fed/watered both with 0.5g of well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 2.5 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 1.25 tsp/g to achieve a 2.1 EC (I'm dialing back the ppm's to avoid nutrient burn). I then checked and adjusted the ph to 6.1 @ 72℉. My gracious, the #2 pheno is on a mission! She has really stretched her legs compared to her sister and with her wide node spacing is getting abundant light throughout her canopy. The #1 is doing fantastic and is covered in flowers and has got an absolutely massive trunk on her! The #1 is also starting to smell stronger having an spicy/skunk aroma beginning to develop. I did have an issue with my co2 system with the regulator malfunctioning causing the tank to dump. I went ahead and ordered TWO as I've tried three different brands, with varying pricing, and all are made in the ROC. Furthermore they ALL break within 2-4 months so my advise is to by a pair of the cheap ones (Vivosun) which gives you a backup and spare parts...lol! 😁 11/17- Well the co2 is back up and running! With the second week of flower coming to a close I've dialed back their nutrient level a bit as I was noticing some leaf tip discoloration beginning to occur. I've also upped the output of the HLG's to 75% and they're 34-36" above canopy. Tent temp's, RH and VPD all remain on point with a week ending average VPD of 1.22kPa They were fed today with 0.5g of well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 1.5 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 0.5 tsp/g to achieve a 1.8 EC (I'm dialing back the ppm's to avoid nutrient burn). I also added 1 tbsp/g of unsulfured black strap molasses to the solution (secret ingredient) then checked and adjusted the ph to 6.2 @ 72℉. ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... 💚what you grow, Grow what you 💚! ~

I did do some adjustment to the LST on the #1, re-positioning the wires tying down her branches. Both ladies are super healthy and are looking fantastic, especially the #2 which has a gorgeous structure, size and has required minimal training or defoliation! 11/20- Today when I checked their medium's, the #2 was pretty light to lift so I gave her 0.5g of well water with Earth Juice Oily Can added @ 5ml/g which I then checked and adjusted the ph to 6.1 @ 73℉. The #2 was still pretty moist so I just gave her 0.25g to moisten the top portion of her pot. I then turned both of them 1/4 turn. Both girls are progressing nicely in their flowering and have numerous bud sites on them! The #2 has slight yellowing of her largest shade leaves which was more than likely her wanting more N earlier on. I've upped her CalMag to see if it was possibly a Calcium deficiency beginning, but I have not really noticed a difference so I'm back to leaning on a Nitrogen deficiency... This one's a hungry girl! 11/22- Today I skipped watering as, after giving a quick check with the moisture meter, their medium was still too moist to warrant watering/feeding them so I'll wait until tomorrow. I did some canopy maintenance and turned their pots 1/4 turn. 11/24- Yesterday, after giving them ample 'dry time', I watered/fed both. The #1 got 0.75g, while the #2 which is not as big or thirsty only received 0.5g of well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 2 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 0.5 tsp/g to achieve a 1.8 EC. I'm dialing back the ppm's to avoid nutrient burn which I was starting to notice on the #1. After mixing the solution, and letting it sit for 5min or so, I then checked and adjusted the ph to 6.1 @ 74℉. Onward to Week Four of flower! 🤩❤️ ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... 💚what you grow, Grow what you 💚! ~

The #2, with more Sativa in her, is an absolute beast! The #1 is shorter, but by no means is she a slouch, being covered in flowers that are absolutely stunning! I'm letting them go two days in-between watering/feedings as they seem to have a noticeable improvement in their vigor letting them dry out the additional day so I'll wait until tomorrow to feed them. 11/27- Yesterday I fed/watered each with 0.5g of well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 2 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 0.5 tsp/g to achieve a 1.8 EC. Today they both looked vibrant and all I really did was turn their pots 1/4 turn each and do some minimal canopy adjustment. I'm also continuing to check their medium daily to make sure that it is getting ample time to dry out between feedings/watering. 11/29- Both ladies are looking superb other than the #2 which has had an issue with her leaves yellowing. I have checked the soil ph on both and they are each at 6.2 which is fine, I've made sure that they've gotten enough CalMag and I dropped the ppm's of the nutrients and the #2 continues to experience some yellowing so at this point this is just how she's going to look so I'm letting her ride, and I'm not going to change anything. Today they were each watered/fed with 0.75g of 72℉ well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 2.5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 2 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 0.5 tsp/g to achieve a 1.8 EC. I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. 12/1- Well there's another week on the books for these gorgeous looking ladies! Today I let them go another day before I feed/water them as their mediums are still pretty moist but with the RH running around 40% they'll be ready tomorrow for sure! I turned their pots and removed some yellowed leaves from the #2. Stay tuned for Week Five of flower... It's sure to be exciting! 🤩❤️ ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... 💚what you grow, Grow what you 💚! ~

The #1 has a strong citrus/skunky aroma to her, while the #2 has a very weak smell at the moment. I'm not sure but the #2's lack of aroma more than likely has to do with whatever has caused her discoloration. Today they were each watered/fed with 0.75g of 72℉ well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 2.5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 2 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 0.5 tsp/g to achieve a 1.8 EC and a ph of 6.4, I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. 12/4- I let the girls dry out yesterday. Today they were watered/fed with their usual of 0.75g of 74℉ well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 2.5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 2 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 0.5 tsp/g to achieve a 1.8 EC after which I ph'd the solution to 6.3. They both are looking amazing and the #2 seems to be doing slightly better with the increase in the ph that I've done. Her leaves don't appear to be worsening and she's really stacking her flowers now. The #1 is similarly stacking her flowers but the nose on her is five times of the #2 pheno, with a strong citrus gassy aroma that bites your nose! As always, I also gave each of their pots 1/4 turn. 12/6- Wow... both of these ladies are looking amazing!🤩 The #1 continues to stack her abundant flowers which are now really giving off a strong citrus aroma! The #2, despite her issues, is doing remarkably well, stacking her flowers and finally now giving off some aroma from her flowers that is distinctly similar to her sister. I watered/fed both with 0.75g of 72℉ well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 2.5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 2 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 0.5 tsp/g to achieve a 1.8 EC and a ph of 6.4, I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. 12/8- Well fam, there's five weeks of flower behind us now and we've got another 2-4 weeks to go! Yesterday, both ladies received their usual of 0.75g of 72℉ well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 2.5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 2 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 0.5 tsp/g to achieve a 1.8 EC and a ph of 6.4, I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. I pray your week went well and am looking forward to the coming weeks for these gorgeous girls... I hope you are too! 😎❤️ ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... 💚what you grow, Grow what you 💚! ~

Her leaves continue to fade and I'm going along with her regular regimen as I've exhausted all my solutions and am not stressing over one plant... she is what she is, but still a beauty in my eyes! 😍 The shorter #2 is covered in flowers that have an incredible, super strong citrus aroma that makes my mouth water...I can't wait for this one! Today they were both checked and watered/fed with 0.75g of 72℉ well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 2.5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 2 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 0.5 tsp/g to achieve a 1.8 EC and a ph of 6.4, I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn along with raising the light above the #1 four inches to allow for her stretch. I'll post some PPFD numbers in my next diary entry for anyone interested. 😎🤙 12/11- Yesterday I skipped watering both and instead just turned their pots. I also checked the trichomes on both as they are getting close, especially the #2 which is really beginning to fade now. The #1 also is showing signs of her fade possibly just beginning and consequently I will be beginning to flush them this week. Today they were both checked and watered/fed with 0.75g of 72℉ well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 1.2ml of Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig’s Special, 2.5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can, Lotus 'Bloom' @ 2 tsp/g and Lotus 'Boost' @ 0.5 tsp/g to achieve a 1.8 EC and a ph of 6.4, I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. As promised, PPFD readings at canopy level in the 4x8 are ranging from 934 PPFD over the shorter strains, and 1121 to 1163 over the taller girls for those interested. 12/13- I watered/fed both girls today with 0.5g of 73℉ well water that has a base 100ppm, to which was added 2.5 ml/g of Earth Juice Oily Can which I then ph'd to 6.4, I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. 12/15- Well, there's six weeks of flower behind us... 9 1/2 weeks since these two girls broke ground and they're both just incredible examples of this strain! I'm starting to give them a 1-2 week flush and I'm checking their trichomes (which are getting closer by the day) daily in order to time when I'll be putting them in the dark for 48-72hrs before they're cut and hung to begin the drying/curing process. The #2 is almost completely faded now and I expect her to be the first to go dark with the #1 not too far behind her! Today I watered both to runoff with 73℉ well water that has a base 100ppm which I ph'd to 6.4 I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... 💚what you grow, Grow what you 💚! ~

The tent environment remains on point. Temperatures with 'lights on' are running 72-74℉/'Lights off' 68-70℉ with a RH of 38-44% which is maintaining good VPD numbers ranging between 0.78kPa to 1.15kPa. I'm currently running the lights @ 60% power which is giving leaf temp's of 74-77℉ (very important to keep leaf temperatures below 80℉ as higher temperatures can affect transpiration). 12/18- Yesterday, when I checked the trichomes on both the #2 is getting really close with the majority of her trichomes milky now with about 10-15% clear and I'm just now starting to see a couple of amber ones show. By Christmas she'll be ready to go dark for 48-72hrs before she's cut and hung to begin the drying/curing process. The #2 pheno is close as well, but not quite as far along as her sister with 10% of her trichomes still clear and just a couple of amber one's showing up so I'll keep monitoring her to determine the ideal time to harvest her. Today they were both watered both to runoff with 73℉ well water that has a base 100ppm which I ph'd to 6.4 I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. 12/20- Both of these ladies are right on the cusp of being perfect! Due to family obligations, I'm going to have to wait until the day after Christmas to harvest which is 3-4 days longer than I'd like but this will be good for me to build patience. It's ALWAYS tempting to want to harvest as soon as your plants are looking perfect to you but, I've found waiting another week or so ALWAYS brings great results... So I'll patiently wait and enjoy Christmas with family! 🎄❄️ Today they were watered to runoff with 72℉ well water that has a base 100ppm which I ph'd to 6.5. I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. 12/22- Can you believe SEVEN WEEKS of flower has passed??? These girls are looking so incredibly tasty, I can't wait to get them into their 48-72hrs in the dark so they can get chopped and hung to begin the drying/curing process! I let both dry out yesterday and only turned their pots. Today they were both watered both to runoff with 73℉ well water that has a base 100ppm which I ph'd to 6.4 I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. This grow has been a blast and I hope that you've enjoyed it as much as I have... if only we could have a 'sesh' together after it's cured to get some varied opinions on it! 🤪 This coming week will be the final entries up until they're chopped, then comes the Harvest Report! See you next week fam! ❤️❤️❤️ May all your days and grows be Blessed! May you and yours have a safe and Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅🙏💝 ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... 💚what you grow, Grow what you 💚! ~

Today they were both watered both to runoff with 73℉ well water that has a base 100ppm which I ph'd to 6.5. Four hours after watering them, I put the #2 in the dark for 72 hours to finish up before being chopped and hung to dry and begin the curing process! I keep the room where they're in the dark at 60-62℉ with a RH running 35-38%. I also have fans gently circulating the air. I'll check them once a day until they're done... then the fun begins!!! 🤪❤️ 12/26- Today I checked the #1 and she looked good to go! Eight hours after 'lights on' I placed her with the #2 in the dark for 72 hours. 12/28- The two Lemon Kix auto's were done their 72 hours in 'Dark Jail' where I kept the temperature @ 60℉ and the RH @ 38%. Both girls look fantastic and I couldn't help but snap a couple of impromptu pic's before they were chopped and hung. I divided the #1 into three sections which were hung to dry. I decided to go ahead and hang the #2 whole, because of her wide node spacing I see no issues with air circulation around her flowers. I have the room I use for drying setup with a humidifier/de-humidifier along with temperature control. I'm keeping the temperature at 56-58℉ and the RH @ 50% for the first 24hrs, then I'll set it to 60% for the remainder of the drying period which should hopefully take 10-12 days but I'm fighting really low atmospheric RH so they may only take 8-10 days... the longer, the better! This grow has been so much fun and all the comments, support and ❤️that I've received have left me without any words except... Thank you from the bottom of my heart!💓 See you at the harvest report!!! 😎🤙❤️ ~ Thank you so very much for following along on this grow... 💚what you grow, Grow what you 💚! ~

Try not to harvest her too early because it is precisely in those last weeks that her potency and taste profile rise to extreme heights!" ** **Credit- Dutch Passion.com ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~ Grown in 15L Gronest geotextile pots filled with Mother Earth Grow 70/30 Coco/Perlite with Xtreme Gardening Mykos added. The plant is easy to grow and can be grown both indoors and outdoors. Harvest Report: Plant heights: #1- 25" #2- 32" Yield: 265g/ two plants #1- 132g #2- 133g Flowering time: 8 weeks THC content: TBD CBD content: TBD Summary: I feel this Dutch Passion Auto Lemon Kix strain is a great choice for cannabis cultivators looking for a high-yielding, easy-to-grow plant with a strong lemon aroma. The plant has a fairly short flowering time and produces a moderate amount of THC. However, it is worth noting that the plant has a low CBD content, which may not be suitable for those looking for a balanced THC-CBD ratio. Overall, this is a great strain for those looking to grow cannabis for recreational use or as a cash crop.
