UVBisthekey I use 2 x HLG flower initiation lights 5 minutes before light out each night and for a further 5 minutes after lights out. This initiates the Emmerson Effect (look it up) which means I can run a 19/5 lighting schedule during veg and a 13/7 schedule during flowering. Doing this reduces the veg time from 4 weeks down to 3 1/2 weeks. During flowering, it makes an 8 week flowering period take only 7 1/2 weeks, 9 weeks down to 8 1/4 weeks and 10 weeks down to 9 weeks. Back left is a little deficient so I've kept a spare clone just in case it goes tits up. It's been 3 days in the pot now with proper nutrient levels and is starting to come good. First day in their pots I kept the lights at 50% and about 1 metre from the top of the pots then turned the lights up to 100% on day 2. Day 3 I lowered both lamps to be 60cm from the pot tops but reduced the lights from 100% down to 50% strength and tomorrow I'll turn them both up to100%.

UVBisthekey Should be able to start the mainlining process this week, still waiting for some more accelerated growth before doing so.

UVBisthekey Troubles trying to get chosen side branch, that will become the opposing hub, to gain some dominance from the main cola. One has started to respond from the LST training, but the other three required pinching of the stalk and tying down more 4 more times before the other branch responded respond appropriately. My fear is that the main colas will continue to maintain it's dominance, meaning it may end up have more side branches on it than the other hub. Time will tell...

UVBisthekey As suspected, the original main colt's on all 4 have continued to maintain its dominance of the growth pattern. The alternate hubs, or side branches, have all accelerated their growth rate but are still a long way behind the main cola, which has been tied down so far that if it could go any lower it would covered in the clay pebbles. I'll just have to do some serious shaping with the original main coals side branches too maximise the available room left void by the lack of side shoots on the second hub. This should be fun...

UVBisthekey Stretching started after a day or so of lightning shedule, but not stretching has occurred so far. The first net has entered the growing area, so this should help keep height uniformed whilst letting the shaping of the extra side branches, off the dominant hub, into the open areas left void by the other hubs lack of side branching.
