deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those who are fortunate enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 I'm kicking off the fall/winter growing season with a lot of enthusiasm and my box full of organic marijuana to make it more enjoyable. 🙋‍♂️😁 I'm going to grow 4 strains/plants from 4 different breeders, unlike last season where I grew 10 plants and it overwhelmed my grow tent. I had to make more space, which consequently increased my electricity bill. I had to shape the plants in a columnar form to create horizontal space; the plants grew quite tall, which caused a loss of light efficiency in the middle and lower parts. I also had a lot of work hauling and moving the 10 pots in search of sunlight when it was available, due to my mixed indoor/outdoor growing method. The watering, care, and attention also multiplied by 10. I used different pots, textiles, and old-school ones between 7l and 11l. This season, I'm going to use the largest textile pots I have for my four grows. I have one 20l pot, one 17l pot, and two 15l pots. They're new because I've never used them, and the idea is to have a vegetative growth period of 6 to 8 weeks to maximize root growth and give me time to shape the plants. This time, I'm looking for wider plants, with medium height and lots of branching. I want to make the most of my lights over the canopy. I've chosen textile pots because they definitely give me the best yields. I'll distribute the pots based on the development of each of the four strains; the one that shows the best growth will win the largest pot... let the games begin! 😁 I'm also excited because for this season, I'm going to debut a collection of Bio Fertilizers that I've had fermenting anaerobically since spring, with new formulas specific for each stage of growth. I'll be showing them when I start using them... all for the cause! 😊 The experience gained from previous seasons helps, but I'm still trying to make each grow a unique experience, with mistakes and successes... Welcome! ===================================== Cream Caramel from the breeder Sweet Seeds, the second seed of the season, I sank it directly into a light substrate, moistened with a mix of mountain spring water, natural heather honey (helps with rooting and the proliferation of substrate microbiology, provides many enzymes and minerals), homemade auxins from powdered black beans (natural rooting agent), coconut water bio-fertilizer with Mountain Microorganisms (enzymes, hormones, minerals), and homemade Ormus from seawater (contains over 90 minerals, pH regulator)... the seed peeked through the substrate after 48 hours. This seed has been under light for 24 hours for the past 2 days. For now, I've set up a blue LED panel at 450nm (33w), which will help with plant compactness, leaf expansion, and root creation. I keep this panel on for almost the entire vegetative growth period, even as I add other types of lights as the plants grow... let’s play!! 💡 Starting next week, when the days are sunny, I'll begin taking the seedlings out into the sun to feed on its fantastic light. Before starting these new grows, I did a deep cleaning in my grow tent. Now bright and disinfected, it’s ready for the game! ================= The breeder Sweet Seeds tells us about the Cream Caramel strain: - A synthetic variety resulting from the crossing of several of our best indicas, Blue Black x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino. - The flavor and aroma of this variety are very intense, sweet, and caramel-like, reminiscent of candy, resulting from the molotov cocktail of indicas it contains, with a background of earthy nuances from the Blue genetics involved in the cross. - Its structure is typical of indica plants, with a robust stem and short internodal distance, developing a large central bud and a multitude of lateral branches... yes, yes! 💃🌲 - Recognized by the global cannabis scene, it is the most awarded variety in our catalog, with 27 awards... let’s play!! 😁🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 So far, all the strains from this breeder have satisfied me, so I predict a successful grow from start to finish... all for the cause! See you soon... HELLO TO EVERYONE!!

deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 It's the second week of life for this seedling, hot days with very low relative humidity (40%), I spray pure water on the pots to raise the relative humidity to around 60%. To help retain moisture on the surface of the substrate, I've added a generous layer of mulch made from dry marijuana leaves from pruning... nothing goes to waste here, everything is used! 😁👍 This week, I replaced the 450nm blue panel (33w) with a Full Spectrum COB (50w) with a 90° lens to provide more light intensity on the seedlings and achieve a more compact development. At the same time, I've reduced the light period from 24h to 20h, the days continue to be very cloudy, so I keep the seedlings under artificial light all the time. This seedling is currently the weakest in the garden, but I trust in the quality of the strain and the strength of the marijuana. I've noticed some marks on the leaves, probably due to an overly enriched substrate... life goes on! ============== Info on the Cream Caramel strain: https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Cream_Caramel/Sweet_Seeds/ - Genotype: Blue Black x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino - Indica/Sativa: 90%/10% - Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks ============== See you soon... deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those who are fortunate enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Third week of life, the seedling is very behind compared to its seasonal companions, the weather has changed drastically, cold days with high relative humidity (70%), I have started the first foliar applications with bio-stimulants, a very mild mix (EC: 0.7), a bit of my enzymatic hydrolyzed animal protein for energy (amino acids), some vitamins and minerals with my multi-fruit lactic ferment, and finally a bit of bio-fermented grass and MMA with coconut water and nettle tea (minerals, enzymes, hormones, MMA), I have been making several daily applications, this week I will continue and increase the doses... I still trust the strain. This week, new light change, I replaced the Full Spectrum COB (50w) with a 90° lens for the Spider Farmer SF 1000 panel at 60% power (41w), I keep this panel about 25cm from the seedlings, I hope it helps strengthen this crop, now I have the pot in the autumn sun, I take advantage of sunny days to bring the seedlings outside for 4 hours, this way I save some electricity and the seedlings appreciate it. ☀️🙏 ============== Info on the Cream Caramel strain: https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Cream_Caramel/Sweet_Seeds/ - Genotype: Blue Black x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino - Indica/Sativa: 90%/10% - Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks ============== See you soon... deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those who are lucky enough not to be!🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Eighth week from seed, after a final watering with just water, the plant has reacted slightly, I've made an apical cut to see if it strengthens the branches, this plant has added to the little vigor it showed from the start, a small intoxication from which it is recovering, I plan to keep it in this pot for as long as necessary, until it shows that it deserves a bigger pot... may its food be its medicine! ============== Info on the strain Cream Caramel: https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Cream_Caramel/Sweet_Seeds/ - Genotype: Blue Black x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino - Indica/Sativa: 90%/10% - Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks ============== See you soon... deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one!🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Ninth week from seed, the plant is growing, it responded well to a stimulating watering I did two days ago, I’m going to wait a few more days to transplant it, I don’t mind much since the small pot allows me to take the plant out into the sun, in the end, I’ll only be able to transplant it into a 7l pot, as the grow tent is full with the three large pots of the other plants, let’s see how I manage. ============== Info on the strain Cream Caramel: https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Cream_Caramel/Sweet_Seeds/ - Genotype: Blue Black x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino - Indica/Sativa: 90%/10% - Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks ============== See you soon... deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those who are lucky enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Tenth week of cultivation, finally, the plant started to react at the beginning of the week, and by mid-week I transplanted it into an 8L Old School pot with homemade side aeration. I made my usual light substrate mix with worm humus and minerals. 24 hours after transplanting, I did the first deep watering with a mix of my Bio Fertilizers, to moisten the entire substrate and soak it with nutrients, minerals, and microbiology. Two days after transplanting, the plant looks happy and active. Since this plant has been very delayed compared to my other 3 crops, I’m going to wait at least two more weeks to switch it to flowering, as I want a good establishment in the pot first and to develop a strong root system. Being the slowest plant among my crops, it ended up in the smallest pot, also because I don’t have extra space in my grow tent. This small pot will allow me to move and expose the plant to the sun... all for the cause. I’ve started to tie down the branches to shape the plant. I hope that in the end this great strain demonstrates all its power; with care, attention, and good nutrition, it will thrive, for sure! 👍 ============== Info on the Cream Caramel strain: https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Cream_Caramel/Sweet_Seeds/ - Genotype: Blue Black x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino - Indica/Sativa: 90%/10% - Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks ============== See you soon... 2023 happy new year from peace! deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Eleven weeks of growing for this lazy plant, and by lazy, I mean it will stay in the vegetative stage for another 1-2 weeks, while its tent mates are entering flowering today. I'm going to set up an auxiliary tent with a 50w lamp for these two weeks to complete the 18 hours of light; in the meantime, it will share the tent for 12 hours with the other 3 plants that are starting their flowering schedule today... all for my girl, because I still trust the strain. Regarding the lighting, this week I dropped to 18/6h in two half-hour steps, and I've also been increasing the intensity of the lamps. I started the week with 150w of consumption and ended with 250w. Midweek, I added a lamp in the canopy, above this plant, a 48w LED panel with Samsung LM301B diodes with a lens. The color temperature is 2700K and 660nm; it's a super bright lamp that I reserve for flowering, but I added it early because I need more brightness to better separate the four plants in the tent. When the flowering is advanced, I will add the last two lamps, this time in the corners of the tent to illuminate the middle and lower parts of the plants from the sides. These lamps have a color temperature of 2100k, with IR diodes and 660nm, orange light from the sides to emulate the sunsets at the end of summer... all for the cause! 😋 Yesterday I did the second deep watering after transplanting; I expect a lot of positive reaction. I've tested the Bio nutrient mix with other plants, so I'm going to wait for it to show evidence of establishment in the pot before moving it to flowering... let the game continue! ============== Info on the Cream Caramel strain: https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Cream_Caramel/Sweet_Seeds/ - Genotype: Blue Black x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino - Indica/Sativa: 90%/10% - Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks ============== See you soon... 2023 happy new year from peace! deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be!🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Twelve weeks of growing, and finally this week the plant has noticeably grown in height and width, the pot establishment is going well, roots are already showing at the bottom and water consumption has tripled, now I'm looking to increase the leaf mass. This week I've continued with the vegetative growth 18/6h, since the other plants are already on a flowering schedule 12/12h, I've set up a small tent of 40x40cm with a COB FS lamp with a 120° lens on the canopy and a blue side panel of 450nm, the response has been very good and I think I'm going to continue this way for a few more days, as I want to make sure the roots spread as much as possible before the transition to flowering, where root growth decreases. ============== Info on the strain Cream Caramel: https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Cream_Caramel/Sweet_Seeds/ - Genotype: Blue Black x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino - Indica/Sativa: 90%/10% - Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks ============== See you soon... 2023 happy new year from peace! deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 This has been the last week of vegetative growth, today I’m switching the schedule to 12/12h. Now, this lazy plant, finally revitalized, enters the big game of flowering. I had to extend the vegetative growth period by two weeks to give it more chances to compete in the grow tent with its older companions. The plant is strong and has a good structure, with large, long leaves capturing all the energy from the light... long live photosynthesis! From now on, I’m moving the plant to my main tent, where I’m growing 3 other plants. I've placed a 50w LED panel with a light spectrum of 2700K + 660nm and super bright lens diodes right above and very close to this plant. I’ve also added 3 LED bars with many red diodes (660nm) on one side that illuminate the middle and lower parts of the 3 main plants. These bars consume 33w and support the main lamps. Two waterings this week with varied mixes to boost growth. The plant consumes the watering water in 4 days, which is a very good period because it gives the plant enough time to absorb the soluble bio-fertilizers from each watering... ============== Info on the strain Cream Caramel: https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Cream_Caramel/Sweet_Seeds/ - Genotype: Blue Black x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino - Indica/ Sativa: 90%/10% - Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks ============== See you soon... deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those who are fortunate enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 It's the first week since the transition to flowering, and the plant has stretched 14cm. The truth is that the plant is growing constrained by the other main and larger plants that occupy the entire tent, so the only option left for it is to stretch upwards, but it's doing well, consuming water in 4 days and looking healthy. Today, I noticed that quite a few large leaves in the lower part of the plant were yellowing. I think it's due to the lack of light in that area and the excess relative humidity that builds up there since it's at the back of the tent surrounded by the foliage of the other plants. Those leaves have fallen off with just a little push, so my fresh mulch box has grown. This week, I'm giving a concentrated watering with a mix of various bio nutrients, macro and micro nutrients to ensure this girl has everything she needs! 💃 ============== Info on the strain Cream Caramel: https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Cream_Caramel/Sweet_Seeds/ - Genotype: Blue Black x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino - Indica/Sativa: 90%/10% - Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks ============== See you soon... deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one!✋👨‍🌾 It's the second week since switching to flowering, and the plant is already fully engaged in flower formation, with a new stretch this week of 8cm. This forces me to raise the small panel I have over this plant, this panel with 2700k and 660nm diodes. I've always used it in flowering as lateral support and as a boost in red colors, but for the first time, I'm using it as a central lamp over a plant. The color spectrum is excellent for bud formation, but during the vegetative growth, it makes the plants stretch. The plant also gets some light from the illumination of other plants in the canopy. I could raise all the lamps more and cover more space in the tent, but I maintain the minimum distance I can with the tips because light is the superfood; it really helps the density and size of the buds the most. Water consumption is approaching half a liter daily, proportional to the consumption of the other large pots. The plant is showing a great metabolism. I water it every 3 days, which for me is the ideal period between waterings. It's just the right time for the plant to assimilate the soluble Bio Nutrients I give it with each watering. Lately, I've significantly increased the nutrient concentrations in all waterings, reaching EC: 3.0. I believe that by mixing my varied Bio nutrients in small doses, chosen for the soluble macro or micronutrients each contains, I ensure I don't cause over-fertilization. In this growing season, I'm going to continue with this concept to see how far I can go... doing to understand! 😈 Today, I'm trying out two new Bio Fertilizers with Effective Microorganisms (EM) that I had in anaerobic fermentation since I made them in August 2022. The first: Bio Bones/Ash EM. In this case, I use calcined bone meal (Ca, P...) with wood ash (Si, K...) as raw material for the minerals I want (P, K, Si, Ca). The enzymes from the fermented grass plus the Mountain Microorganisms chelate the minerals, making them soluble for the plants, while I inoculate Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA) into the substrate that continue the work of dissolving organic matter and the minerals in the substrate. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 It's the third week since switching to flowering and the fourth month since I threw the seed into the substrate. This plant had a tough start, struggling between stunted growth and lack of vigor. I trusted it, cared for it as best as I could, and fed it with love and hope. In time, it lost the race against its three tent companions, taking the smallest pot and the most secluded spot in my grow tent. Today, the trust placed in the strain is rewarded with an elegant plant, the tallest in my grow, running fast and without complexes, forming branches adorned with beautiful buds that will one day come together to create long champion colas. This week, I added dry amendments pre-cooked with microorganisms, and on top, I added a good layer of chopped green marijuana leaves from pruning... fresh food for the substrate's microbiology. This material practically disappears from sight in 2-3 weeks, an accelerated process of organic matter decomposition that continues until it becomes humus. Two deep waterings this week with high EC levels. This plant, due to its small pot, takes its feeding in a concept similar to growers in coco. After forming a very light substrate with good drainage, I add nutrients without hesitation with each watering... all for the cause! Until next time... deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those who are fortunate enough not to be!🖐️👨‍🌾 Third week of flowering, the Guru appeared and said: Dwell in the land that I tell you, reside in this promised land. I will be with you and bless you, you and your descendants. Thus I will fulfill my organic oath. I will multiply your plants like the stars in the sky, and fill your marijuana box, because you followed the organic concept, with sanity, consistency, and faith. deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one!🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Fourth week of flowering, and this tall and slender plant, like her mother, dark and salty, grows beautiful and dignified despite occupying the worst space in the tent and the smallest pot, suffocated by two large companions; she doesn't back down and grows tall to reclaim her great class! Without protest, she eats regularly every four days and is developing elegant branches adorned with beautiful floral buds... fantastic! Until next time... deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Fifth week of flowering, this tall and slender plant, like her mother, dark and salty, grows beautiful and proud despite occupying the worst space in the tent and the smallest pot. However, I grow her in the promised land of my ancestors, and nothing can go wrong. To compensate, I added a 30w LED panel with 3000K and 660nm diodes to light this and other plants from the side. Additionally, I raised all the lamps due to the height of this grow; now all the branches have good lighting, and I hope it reflects in fat and dense buds. The rest of the plants, shorter than this one, I have elevated on pedestals to maintain a short distance with the main buds. Despite the great height of the branches, they have great strength and elasticity, more than enough to support the weight of the buds, no matter how big they are... long live silicon! The green mulch I've started using this season is a spectacle of life; you can easily see how the mycelium of microorganisms develops on the surface, feeding on that organic matter and decomposing it at the same time, making all the nutrients and minerals available to the plant... the forest in my grow tent! Until next time... deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those who are lucky enough not to be!✋👨‍🌾 Sixth week of flowering, this tall and thin plant, like its mother, dark and salty, grows beautiful and proud despite occupying the worst space in the tent and the smallest pot, although I cultivate it in the promised land of my ancestors and nothing can go wrong. The plant continues with a great metabolism, consumes the watering water in three days, I do waterings with varied mixes, although at this stage I focus more on the supply of Phosphorus, Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium, I don’t stop adding some of my Bio Stimulants in the mixes (Vitamins, humic acids, ormus, fruits, etc.) The plant is 88cm tall, with thick and heavy buds on all branches, today I wanted to test the strength and elasticity of the plant, I laid it down and you can see in the photos how the branches hold the great weight of the buds... long live silicon! The plant continues brilliantly, the long colas are fattening up, and the plant is asking me for more and more food to show its power. At this rate, it's going to gift me some monstrous colas... deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Ninth week of flowering for this tall and thin plant, like her mother, dark and salty, growing beautiful and proud despite occupying the worst space in the tent and the smallest pot, although I grow her in the promised land of my ancestors and nothing can go wrong. This week the temperatures have risen, the buds have fattened and increased in density, the plant consumes the watering water in 3 days, in the last two waterings I have reduced the EC concentration to help with the consumption of the residual nutrients in the substrate. The whitish trichomes and the overall appearance of the plant tell me I can continue with the flowering for a while longer... long live life! Until next time...

deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 This growing adventure has come to an end after 24 weeks. The plant grew tall and thin, like its mother, dark and salty, beautiful and proud despite occupying the worst space inside the tent and the smallest pot. But I grew it in the promised land of my ancestors, and everything has gone well. The plant had growth difficulties in the first weeks of life; it lagged far behind the other 3 plants I grew this season that occupied the best spots in my grow tent. Finally, the plant reacted and settled into its forced space, growing vertically with huge top colas and making up for lost time. The size of the pot was half that of its companions, and it almost mathematically consumed half the water. It also gifted me with a good weight in wet buds, which turned out to be half of what the other plants produced. The conclusion is that marijuana plants love big pots and always appreciate it. Now the fruit of this crop, mercilessly harvested, is drying. Later, I will store it in my marijuana cellar, which has recently been crying for help, and in a month, I will start tasting this strain. And may life give way to new life. I am preparing for the new spring/summer growing season. I’m going to grow 8 different strains in 10L pots to move them more easily, as this new season, I plan to make the most of the spring sunlight. The intention is to grow them all in my 60x120x178cm grow tent, but if I see them too cramped, I will set up a second tent to house the two lagging plants… all for the cause! Until next time... Sweet seeds is a very good and reliable bank and this strain just proves it again. Grew Killer kush F1 and it was lovely strain to grow and sweet smoke to taste. Very very impret results in 8l pot with soluble organic nutrients. Looking forward to see your new spring/summer season! Good luck! Meantime, I'm following your instructions and understand organic through practice.

Some growers claiming it's impossible to grow decent size organically in small pots ... Well look at your diaries I disagree! It's possible as Nature is more powerful than we think.
deFharo
deFharo commented3y ago
@@SPRAMOAH, they are probably not talking about soluble organic nutrients. Check out this result in a 7l pot: growdiaries.com/diaries/44552-auto-anubis-red-dwarf-grow-journal-by-defharo I will never grow hydroponically, but this technique made me think, there are also others who grow in coco with hydroponic nutrients, the feeding and humidity is constant, so I thought I could also subject my plants to organic feeding without pause while growing in substrate, I have an advantage in all aspects, since Bio Fertilizers do not accumulate mineral salts and the living substrate has a lot of buffering capacity in case of problems.
the end.
