3 out of 3 sprouted so I’m def happy with the genetics of sweet seeds so I’m excited to see how they grow. I consider my self an above average grower. I went to my local community college for agriculture. I know about ph and basic botany. I can say I have grown some successful plants in the past with small problems in between and of course some unsuccessful grows mostly outdoor due to my climate. For those of you familiar with the term I am using potted hugel mounds(spelling may be wrong) it’s where you throw compost and worm castings at the bottom of the bucket so the roots stretch to the bottom. It really helps with root development.

You may of noticed one of them is a little droopy and slightly yellow. I’m not too worried bc it’s not that bad but I don’t want it getting any worse. I believe it’s a PH problem bc I eye out how much apple cider vinegar to use as PH down. I used to own a commercial ph devise but only borrowed it. I roughly know how much to use but bc I have well water which is about 7.0. I did give it some oyster shells as nutrients but to all of them and only one looks weird. Hopefully is a mild PH problem or maybe over watered but plz lmk any educated guess with a reason y helps.

Growing very rapidly will switch to flower at no later than the 5 week mark Added a fan so I give the other fan a break for a few min a day as well as other equipment(dehumidifier, light, ac unit, exhaust fan) I believe this maintains the life of the equipment. Just keep an eye on the environment while you give certain equipment breaks. Set a timer for no more than 5 min or you will regret forgetting you turned off any equipment.

Does anyone else use apple cider vinegar to PH the water? Someone said not to use any vinegar bc it evaporates faster than water and gets back to neutral. I read online the opposite and it makes great ph Down. I also find my plants both in my tent and my windowautoflowerishealthy

Hey Growmie, Apple Cider Vinegar is an organic acid that can be used to lower the PH of the water. It is important to note that your PH will be unstable in soil particularly, as the water evaporates it’ll make the water more alkaline again which could cause problems for nutrient absorption in your plant. Only use vinegar in an emergency situation or you’ll cause damage to your plants.

Does anyone else think that yeast sugar and water makes a good co2 system. I put 2 in my 5x5 tent with 3 plants. Used a 5 gallon bucket with 1.5 gallons of water, 6 cups sugar, 2 packets instant yeast(should last 2 weeks b4 replacing ingredients)

It is an option for making CO2, but its mostly likely NOT needed, You need to have a sealed grow room and pushing 40+DLI to fully get the advantages out of additional CO2 added into your grow or else it is just wasted money. Mainly if your space is not sealed your just venting out the CO2 back into your living room or outside depending how your setup is. Indoor air is naturally higher in CO2 so that's a bonus from us being in the space with the plants. I do not use supplemental CO2 and probably never will. In short don't waste your time or money on it, and if you want a cheep source for when your ready, use dry ice or the mushroom bags, they make a good source of it and are also a living organism you can add into your compost pile. Dry ice can be found at most companies that deal in regular wet Ice. Getting to the end mark here. Going to give it un sulfured molasses in 4 days and that’s it as far as any nutrients go. Will than give it 2 to maybe 3 weeks till harvest. Starting to have a good smell to it but it’s not intense yet. One more week should stink it up in the tent a bit. Not strong enough to describe the smell Yet other than kush smell.

Giving it plain ph water from here on out plants are getting a nice purple tint to it thanks to the colder temps I give it at night. Nugs are dense and frosty. Still not the strongest smelling plants but let’s it’s still got about 2 1/2 weeks to get bigger smellier and better overall

Final 6 days. I’m giving a watering tomorrow and 2 days later than I will dry the plants out for 3 days with a 24-36 hour lights off cycle Good pheno variation in these genetics as they are all the same strain. Definitely my best grow. Ps. If y’all are interested in growing weed In the window than check out my “strawberry pie window grow”
