End of Week 8 flw (2-5-23)
We have made it! Liberty Haze (LH) and LSD are almost at their finishing point. They are both looking and smelling really great. Super dense, frosty and sticky buds. The leaf to bud ration is looking like an easy trimming, but the scissors may have to be cleaned more often due to stickiness (good problem to have!). This week I'll be primarily focusing on flushing with pH'd water and removing all stretchy shade leaves. Since the growing medium is a 70/30 mix of coco coir and perlite, it's almost impossible to overwater. So, I'll be running 1 to 2 gallons of pH'd water on a daily basis to flush out all salts and remaining nutes. The heavy watering will also help rinse the coco coir for reuse on next grow.
Peace, love, grow frosty buds and be happy!
Hi man,
First of all congratulation on the chop.π It was a pleasure to be with you and your ladies in this journey.π±π I really was enjoying to read your weekly reports, so thanks for that.
I was digging more deeper with the light you are using and found the Blackbird from the same manufacturer would be the most suitable for me. Also thanks for the info.π Unfortunately itβs very expensive in the regio where I live.
@peacepipe66,
Of course man, i am glad if I could help you feel more at home on the site.π I mean such a good thing to see how this beautiful plant brings people together from all around the globe, right.π±π
Wish you the best of luck with your further grow sessions, will follow them.π½π¨
@Qutro,
Hey thank you brother man,
However, my many thanks to you my friend for making me feel welcome as a newbie in GrowDiairies. Your participation certainly enhanced my grow experience. It's nice to finally be able to share our growing passion with each other without fear. After all, it's one of the greatest plants on this planet! π
The HLG lights are really nice and a bit expensive, but have been very consistent. However, unaware of price changes outside of US (unfortunately) as it could put the light a hefty investment. π
Thank you again for the positive vibes and your time!π
Cheers mate!
@I_Am_The_Cream,
Hey Gromie,
Thanks for stopping by and checking out the diary. Almost there! The canopy is starting to shape and the buds are frosty, dense, and are starting to fatten up. π
Peace, love, and happy growing!
Hi. I really like the way explaining all details, specially watering etc in coco. They look like will give you a very nice harvest. Congrats for such a nice effort.
@peacepipe66, so sad to hear that she is not developing as she should.:(
I had no problem either with her in my previous grow. I am also germinating the Liberty seeds now so fingers crossed.π±π
@Qutro,
Thanks buddy for the positive vibe!π
Things have finally mellowed out and are on the correct path. Good thing the ladies were doing well and were able to deal with the sudden change. But now they are happy and starting to show the joy with little orange hairs! π They will probably ready to harvest in about 3 more weeks. The buds should really fatten up in the next few weeks!πͺ
Peace, love, and happiness my friend!
@Qutro,
Hi Qutro,
Thank you for taking the time to check out my first GrowDiaries diary.
Yes, I certainly do enjoy the Liberty Haze and LSD strains from Barney's Farm. I also enjoy their Acapulco Gold and Mimosa EVO strains too. They are one of my favorite breeders.
Thanks for the good luck and lets enjoy the journey! π
