Hello your plants looks good. They are small maybe due to genetic if it is indica dominant. Then you should let your setup and light like this. Keep doing a good job. Bye

Yes, you can use this fertilizer with Fox Farm soil. They don't look bad for their age. the size is normal. but it could have been better. you have a moisture problem. she is very skinny. should be at least 50%. at best 70%. dark leaves indicate that the roots are drying out. try to water so that the whole soil is tested and not just in the center. Basically, most of the roots are located around the perimeter of the pot. and due to low humidity, these areas dry out faster and, accordingly, the roots that are there. let's sum up. raise the humidity to 50%+ and make sure that when watering, water penetrates well everywhere. and make sure the soil doesn't dry out.

Personally, I wouldn't defoliate now at all... if you're going for the "big girls" you're going to want as much energy put into growth as possible and defoliating while the plant is in veg defeats that goal as you'd be cutting off it's energy makers - the leaves. Wait until they start to go into flower and reassess then... but I think you're going to want to do some at that point - they DO look like they're going to be massive and VERY bushy! Well done! Good luck!

I was gonna add some soil dressing in the form of worm castings. I also have compost . should I add the 2 together?

I guess my question back to you here is - for what reason are you thinking about top dressing? I'd worry a bit about the compost adding unwanted, unneeded nutes - particularly nitrogen... but worm castings, on the other hand, is something that is impossible to over-do - i.e., you're not going to harm your plant and will probably help a lot... So I'd vote for just the worm castings but give the compost a miss... Good luck!

This is light stress, move your light up a bit or lower the wattage a tad, had the same issue. Leave will curl in an attempt to lower the amount of photons received.

can the fan cause the plant to have issues? I always feel like once it get to the height of the fan it has more trouble getting taller and or looks not as pretty once it gets there.

Yes to much air blowing over the leaves can cause the leaves to transpire to much and they will usually start to curl in an attempt to retain water. You only want air circulation to avoid WPM. A small fan below the canopy can help keep things circulating nicely. Keeping your fan blowing above the canopy is what you want. Never directly on the plant. Happy Growing

I see your medium is comprized of fox farm ocean forrest, vermiculite, perlite, compost and peat moss according to your week 3 entry. I would stick to the dry amendments for this grow if it was me and they can be mixed into the topsoil and then watered in with PH adjusted water. its simple and easy. as Ezzjaybruh said down to earth, dr earth or Gaia Green are good companies that make whole ingredient dry amendments that need microbes to break em down. GIven they are photoperiod they can take the extra feed that is present in fox farms ocean forest soil. some autos have issues with that. If you want to use liquid/crystal nutrients I would highly suggest investing in a EC pen to calculate the concentration of the feeding solution. It can also be used as a diagnostic tool to help find/solve issues should they arise. And just like Ezzjaybrush said, if you have just switched to flower give them food now as they are preparing to stretch and want a good helping of nutrients. One other option is top dressing with just FFOF soil mixed with worm castings as a small feed till you get some other fertilizers in the medium. Let us know what you plan on feeding them with and we can give you some better feedback and direction. FYI: We will not be notified of any reply or tag [@] in the questions part of the website, if you need to reach out with other information use your DM "direct mailbox" in the bottom right hand corner of the page. it looks like a little paper airplane icon. Yeah I think I get what you mean smell wide. 2 days won't cause to many problems, just keep your eye out for mold or mildew until your environment is on point again.

If this was my grow, I'd be top dressing with some Langbeinite 0-0-22 (1 tablespoon every 4 weeks) to add some good K to the mix.... Hard to tell from this pic if she needs more defol - as long as there's good air flow through the plants, I'd probably leave her alone - she looks really healthy! Good luck!

No, 81F is not too hot... it could be cooler but it's fine - certainly, if the plants aren't complaining, why should you worry? And the humidity is perfect so relax, the grow looks stunning! Good luck the rest of the way!

I don't consider 70F to be too low... they would grow stronger/better if it was higher but we all have to deal with what IS and sometimes, we can't really control the temperature. For example, on a current grow I've got going, the day time temps are about 74F - but when those lights go off, the temps drop to the upper 50s which concerns me greatly as she's still vegging... The only thing I'm able to do that I'm COMFORTABLE with is to only give her 2 hours of dark a day rather than 4 or even 6... The bigger concern, imho, is the humidity and that's going in the right direction - down! I'll take slower growth over bud rot every day and twice on Sundays.. Relax, everything will be fine... and btw, EVERY grow could be better... you'll never reach perfection so don't stress out trying to achieve it! Good luck....

This is what I call the brew, happens everytime I top dress, it's basically inoculating the soil with the available soluble nutrients while beginning to cook the non soluble neuts.drainage will get better with each watering. No worries friend stuff works great check out my latest cafe racer diary grown with 100% Gaia green.

When this arose with my plants not long ago I had to adjust all my DLI, PPFD and my VPD...Light intensity and length of time the plant is exposed to light was my major factor, I had to dim my light, raise the ficture and change my light cycle a bit,..I also reduced water and changed the temp and HR and slowly adjusted those values back to baseline which evenly lead me to my DLI and PPFD counts...Download tent buddy it has a par reader and DLI calculator and also has a VPD calculator as well that app definitely helped out many times...If your PPFD is high and you DLI is high I would adjust that first, take 24 hours to notice a difference, it that doesn't trouble shoot the other issues one by one

on one of my plants I found a pollen sack and upon further looking found seeds in all 3 plants. the pollen sack is genetic? slightly disappointing now that they all have a lot of seeds but the weed is fire so will reuse them. will I have the same issue with the next generation?

Seeds take 4-5 weeks to grow and mature properly. Seeds from hermie plants will grow hermies in the next generation, it is a dominant gene.

so with good bud that has seeds all throughout it , and with prob a few plants the same, what is the best thing to use these buds for? picking out seeds is a night mare to smoke evrytime. should I just do ice water or dry ice hash? I don't want to press it or cook it either.

I mean dude - unless you had a genetic male in there just cranking pollen- I doubt you’ll have buds full of seeds. A lot of fear mongering goes on with intersex/herms as far as it pollinating an entire crop. Pollinating to max efficiency is like 100 seeds a gram. Point is - I doubt there’s an ass load of seeds unless you’ve actually pulled a few buds from different areas and seen them just totally full.. my guess is it’s probably something like a seed or two a gram. And the nature of intersex self pollination- is that it’s usually localized spots where it made male stamens that fertilized the female parts. So you may find a dozen in one little bud cuz it was right by the male part. That said you gotta decide what’s too much for you. Picking a few seeds is inconsequential to me.. now when it gets to be a couple dozen just to spin up a joint - that’s understandable. Hash is a good call tho, ice water is easy and from close friends I’ve heard dry ice is too.

i was looking at your setup you are working with pretty strong lights for your growspace, if you dimm the lights back to 65 percent ( way enough) you will see how plants relax, leaves become smooth without wrinkles, color stays green, and they grow with more internodial space.... and they are super chilled

@Mrs_Larimar, definitely !

@@@Bouga, 400 w as top wattage should be enough means dimming back will bring abig change
