I have cloned these of a previously grown sherb biker showing excellent structure, low leaf ratio and nice beautiful purple rock hard buds. Previously grown this plant in single pot grown among other plants and still reached 432g wet weight. This will be a heavy production plant under my biggest, brightest king bight 800w actual draw.
It might even surprise me. Subscribe and stay tuned. The lights switch today.
This plant has been topped and has been selected tops for a total of 36 tops. Normally this would be tight, but this plant has proven to be very low leaf count and therefore doesn't overshadow much area. 3 days ago i levelled all the tops to ~16" and removed all but one bud site on each top. They have grown by about 3" and have now been moved directly under the 800w light.
Flipped the lights 6 days ago and already they have grown about 6". This strain will continue to stretch for another 2 weeks before starting to fill with bud sites. Im aiming for a total flowering time of 65-70 days. Ill be watching the stretch and monitoring when the clones are Perfectly mature for harvest.
End of Week 2 now in the books. Lots and lots of bud sites. Ive been removing anything thats reaching out for light. Moving the buds into position to evenly space everything out. It will all pay off in the end for all the efforts now. Not a time to slack off, time to put in the work 🤜.
Just finished week 4 of flower. Just completed the chop of the left side and changed the nutes the same day. Been doing some reading and decided to give a little amount of bleach for sterilization.
Sherb Biker, starting to crystal. The purples and dsrker hues should begin to appear soon and these buds will swell very big over the, next little bit. Nothing much to report. Decided after reading some articles about using chlorine/bleach as a sterilizing agent. Going to test it out and compare the final product to one finished about 2 months earlier.
After coming back from my vacation and expecting some very nice growth on the plants I'm very slightly disappointed. I've grown these plants before so I know the structure and how well they will swell in the latter part of their growth. However these things have begun to stunt. I did make a very slight change to my regiments swapping out H2O2 for bleach instead to sterilize. After reading numerous articles and people ranting and raving about it I decided I would try it for myself. It does appear that it does keep the roots very nice and white and the reservoir nice and clean tables without algae however it comes at the cost of quantity of the final product. I will not be using this going forward.
The harvest was underwhelming. Its clear in the numbers that the bleach has a negative effect on the growth pattern of the plants. I will no longer be using it for my sterilization method.
