1/28 Everything looking great still.
1/29 Pots were light come evening time again so both got water. Tonight was also probably the first time I noticed when opening the tent I was immediately hit with a wave of sour grape smell. Also the Wedding is getting noticeably chunky. Both are on the right track.
1/31 Both got recharge water tonight. Also I adjusted the light to max power and max height, which brings it up to about 750 PAR / 54 DLI. This is definitely up there, but let’s see if they can take it.
2/2 Both were watered in the morning. Feels like the grow is on autopilot now and I’m just watering until chop.

Do you have a PAR map from the manufacturer that you can compare to the readings you are getting? Would help you know if meter is bad before spending cash on a new one.
They're looking pretty darn good!

@Grow_for_Happiness, Thanks for that! That's a really good idea that I hadn't thought of, but looking at the website it only gives numbers at 100% power in a 4x2 tent. I don't think that will help me a bunch right now in a 3x2 at some mid range power level. But something in the chain is definitely wrong. Either the Sour Stomper is SUPER sensitive light (which I didn't think was the case), my PAR meter is giving me inaccurate information, or the DLI chart that pops right up after a google search and plenty of people have recommended to me is off (at least for my particular situation). Either way I'll keep light levels a lot lower than what I was going to be using and see how things go.
