Your strain is a 75% Indica strain so within this pre-flowering phase she can strech up to double the size that she had before the pre-flowering phase started. Sativa strains can even triple their size during this pre-flowering phase. It is 100% normal and had nothing to do with you raising the lights.

I think you may have a bit longer then two week left on these plants. But it could bulk up and surprise us all. Best thing we can do it wait and maybe plan for 3 to 4 weeks vs 2. The pistils have yet to turn and it looks like they still have some growing to do, maybe not vertically but fattening up for sure. Make sure to check the trichomes in 2 weeks time as a 2nd indactor of they are ready, see where they are at, if they mostly clear it means needs more time. If they are mostly cloudy it could be time and if some amber mixed in its what most people look for when deciding to chop the plant. I would recommend not growing things from Quebec cannabis seed bank though, they are a sketchy company that steals other breeders photos and descriptions. I am Canadian but they are a SUS.
