They stretched like crazy, I think I raised my light too quickly, hoping it doesn’t hurt yield too much

Had a major stretch from week 4-5, will my yield be hurt by that? I might have raised my light too quickly. Any tips would be great, thanks

Cannabis plants take a short strech period during the pre-flowering phase. Your strain is a 75% Indica strain so within this pre-flowering phase she can strech up to double the size that she had before the pre-flowering phase started. Sativa strains can even triple their size during this pre-flowering phase. It is 100% normal and had nothing to do with you raising the lights.

Did some defoliation around the bottom of plants to increase airflow to help lower humidity. Still new to Autoflowers and growing in general so hoping I didn’t do too much and stunt them at all. But getting mold would be worse so had to be done.

Did some defoliation at the bottoms of the plants to help lower humidity, did I do enough or do too much? Also should I trim some of the skinny branches and pinch out popcorn buds? I will wait until next week to do that if I do so they can recover from the defoliation

You did perfect! I would not defoliate anymore after this! It will not increase the yield.

Slowly fattening up, adding on mass and trichomes, got some purple happening on one of them. Hopefully they fatten up a lot more over the next couple weeks. I did make a couple mistakes with this grow, mainly that I only gave them 1 tbsp per gallon of top dress. I gave them some teas to hopefully make up for it but now I know for next time so they don’t fade so early. Shortest plant is 30 inches, tallest is 45.

Only 2 weeks left, are these ladies gonna fatten up? I’ve scrolled through a lot of diaries and the height on my plants seems way larger than the average auto but the bud development seems way behind, any ideas?

I think you may have a bit longer then two week left on these plants. But it could bulk up and surprise us all. Best thing we can do it wait and maybe plan for 3 to 4 weeks vs 2. The pistils have yet to turn and it looks like they still have some growing to do, maybe not vertically but fattening up for sure. Make sure to check the trichomes in 2 weeks time as a 2nd indactor of they are ready, see where they are at, if they mostly clear it means needs more time. If they are mostly cloudy it could be time and if some amber mixed in its what most people look for when deciding to chop the plant. I would recommend not growing things from Quebec cannabis seed bank though, they are a sketchy company that steals other breeders photos and descriptions. I am Canadian but they are a SUS. We will not be notified of any reply or tag [@] in the [questions] part of the website, if you need to reach out with other information use your DM "direct mailbox" in the bottom right hand corner of the page. it looks like a little paper airplane icon. Best Of Luck!

They seem to have packed on some decent size this week which I’m glad to see but the trichome production leaves a little to be desired. Some of the lower buds look more frosty than the top buds which seems weird to me but I don’t really know that much lol. My ph runoff has been a little low which I think has to do with the molasses I gave them which wasn’t blackstrap which I think raises ph. Anyways, next watering will be with about 7.0 until my runoff corrects, it could explain the yellowing leaves as well. But the runoff is 6.1-6.3 which shouldn’t be that big an issue so it could be something else but I’m so close to the end messing around too much is probably not the best thing to do. Hopefully my pictures and videos are a little better this week at least! Enjoy and hit me up in the comments if you have any tips!

Not much to be said this week other than I can’t wait for this grow to be done with so I can move on to some better genetics with my new knowledge. Pretty disappointed with the resin production, yield, and these plants overall. Now I know better than to just buy seeds without looking into the breeder much better.

Best pictures I could get of the trichomes, how close to harvest do you think I am? Not taking answers from Nugsery, granny, or m0use.

Will be in the dark for 48 hours then getting chopped. Took off lots of the large fan leaves so there’s less to do when I have to trim. Turned out pretty frosty and smells pretty good. Don’t think there will be a huge haul but I learned a lot. Going to dry in 60% and around 20c hopefully it makes it 10-14 days before dry. Will post updates with the dry weight. Thanks for stopping by!

Ended with 255g of trimmed bud and 460 of trim and small buds, the trim amount was super high because I didn’t want to trim all the tiny buds so I just threw a lot in the hash pile. Should get a whole bunch of hash out of it though!

Should I add the weight of the trim and small buds to the total weight or do you guys just put the weight of the trimmed bud for harvest?

Mate it's your bud. Do as you wish and weight it as if you use the trim or any other part of the plant. Add to harvest dry weight. Nice looking bud there pal. Enough your bounty.
the end.
