Super chilly weather this week. Struggled to keep the right temperature inside the tent. Moved the LED light closer to the plant. That helped a bit.

I was out during week2 of veg due to holiday travel. Gave her a gallon of feed water and placed two slow drip water feeder next to her. Hoping that she will survive the abnormally cold and rainy norcal weather.

I left her for 10 days during holidays with slow drip water feeder during week 2. While I was out the weather was terrible in normal with severe chills and rains. I came back from my trip and found her flourishing. Immediately gave her some feed water. She is a fighter. In last week she grew 8 new sets of leaves. She is still keeping her germination leaves. So cute! 01/04/23 - Added another 100W full spectrum LED light in the tent. Increased the height to 17" in order to maintain DLI of 30 mol/m²/d. Second light also helped brining temperatures up to 20⁰C. Hella cold and rainy out there. Concerns for this week: Humidity is still ranging in low 70s. Also saw a fungus gnat. Need to keep an eye!

The girl grow pst the circumference of the 5 gallon pot. She is steadily growing on the top, fan leaves look thick and bright green. The stem is growing in girth. I fed her some stump tea along with a gallon of feed water at the end of this week. Let's see how she reacts to it. I have been super cautious in increasing her feed. Since she is growing in soil, I waited until she is a month old before loading her with nutrients. Concerns for this week: This plant is getting real bushy, the fan leaves are pretty big. Its gonna b casting plenty shade in a week ot two. Little bit concerned about light distribution to all parts of the plant. The fan leaves are so big, I am not sure how to begin LST on her. Need to read up more on it. Onward and upward!!

Solid week. She went super bushy and I struggled with maintaining light to all parts of the plant. I am taking only a couple of big fan leaves a week. It still hasn't gotten to the level of light and air circulation that I like but I also can't afford to send her in shock since it's an auto. I am LSTing several branches. I may need to twist the apex around pot's circumference next week.

Solid week 6. She is showing hairs in the pistils, so I am guessing she is in flowering from week 7. I am still struggling with maintaining good might and air distribution because I've never grown a strain this bushy. I am new grower, so I don't wanna desolate much. Especially, now that she is heading into flowering. Anywho, thinking of increasing her feed to 2 gallons twice a week. Also setting light distance to 12".

Defoliated her a bit. Now I have even canopy but I am concerned if I defoliated too late in the game because this is an autoflower. Only time will tell. Increased her feed frequency to twice a week. Seeing several cola sites. 01/25/23 : Did a second round of defoliation yesterday. She ended up being as bushy as before defoliation. Little concerned that the plant is vegetating but not growing buds. She is about to finish her 7th week. Almost acting like a photoperiod. 01/27/23: Nearing end of week 7. It feels like she is still vegging. I see some flower sites and some pistil hairs but no real bud yet. I am reading that some autos bloom really late. Trying hard to be patient with her and not just flip the lights to 12/12. Will give her couple more weeks to start blooming, if not then I will go to 12/12. The hardest part about extended vegging is light and air management. 😫. Oh the joys of growing your own!!

Hola!I am struggling a bit with deformation on my NL auto. Please see pics from week7. this is after defoliation and looks like fan leaves will overshadow cola sites again in a few days. should I defoliate more or leave it? Currently managing w LST but leaves are getting bunched.

I've got an OG Kush doing the same thing - just a bushy, jungly plant... and I've defoliated several times and will probably have to do more. Leave some time between the defoliation sessions to give the plant some time to recover but yes, you can defoliate again... try a bit of leaf tucking to get through to the time when you can defol again... Good luck!

01/28/23 - Gave her another round of haircut and lollipop. Under the canopy looks lot cleaner. I have better air circulation and light penetration now. Defol also exposes lot more cola sites to the light. Hoping she doesn't go in shock since it's an auto. She is a late bloome, I am just starting to see more pistils. So most likely she will live in the tent for another couple months! 01/29/23 - She drank a gallon of fox farm nutrients (grow and bloom). I was worried about sending her in shock with latest defol. The way her canopy turned out a day later, absolutely gorgeous 😍! 02/01/23 - Frustratingly did another round of defoliation. I see pistils but she is not ready to come out of vegetation. I might contact ILGM to figure out what's going on here. 02/03/23- End of week 9 for this girl. Still in preflower. The bud sites are getting thicker and I am seeing more pistils. It's nowhere near where I want it to be but I've decided to give it the time it needs.

Had some issues with light intensity this week. Leaves started drooping. I moved light far up a little bit and that helped. Overall a slow plant, this is my last buy from ILGM. Worst customer experience and seed quality. 10 weeks and still looks it's its in preflower. This plant is slower than many photoperiods. Oh well, let's see how it goes.

Seeing lot more pistils. From top view the bud sites are looking a lot bigger. Still no frost though. I am also seeing roots sticking out from the bottom of the pot. Not training it any more since stems are a lot stiff now. Had a round a defoliation earlier in the week to get more light on the colas.

Finally seeing the buds getting chonky. I sprinkled some Dr. earth 4-4-4 as topping earlier this week. I hope she keeps gaining weight.

Good week. I think she's about done. I am planning to give her one more week since the amber trichomes are very few. Hopefully I get to harvest her next week.

Overall a good plant to grow. It delayed in flowering so I had to run it on 12/12 to make it flower. I was worried about the yield but it turned out okay.

I will update my review once I light her up. finally got to smoke her. Beautiful, clean high. I wasn't fuzzy headed which I get sometimes with high THC strain. Which tells me my plant wasn't super potent, which is what I wanted. A mellow and distinct high. This strain isn't super pungent, had smooth drags from beginning to end. Minimal coughing. I had a happy high: I was joking laughing and social, which is what I wanted.
