BettieBee Planted the seed on 12/16
Checked her after work at 530pm 12/19 and she was above soil.
Excited to see how she grows.

BettieBee First seedling died in day 2 from damping off.
Cleaned area, washed new pot and germinated a new seed.
So far she’s looking healthy on day 3

BettieBee She really grew this week! I will be topping her some point this week. Top growth is a looking a little lighter than expected. Feeding is on Fridays so I’ll probably increase Nitrogen.

BettieBee This week I topped her and tied her down. Broke a couple stems slightly but they healed right up with no obvious signs of wilting or stress.

Female..........male flowers grow on small stems.

BettieBee I’m loving this Mimosa plant. She’s beautiful. She’s the only Sativa that I have so I had to get use to how she grew. I think I managed well.
Had some issues with hydrophobic soil in my flower tent. Worked that out and she really took off after.

Hydrophobic soil is one of the main reasons I decided to try coco, and now that I have, I doubt I will never grow in soil again, coco is so lovely to work with.

@UnorthadoxDude, I’ve heard a lot of great things about coco but haven’t done a lot of reading on it. Maybe I’ll try a single plant in it sometime and see how I do.
