Seedling 1 has been up for 10 days. Seedling 2 has been up for 6 days.
Seedling 2 is very small compared to her sister, but is still developing fine. Interested to see the other differences in the 2. Once the plants are larger I will bend the main stalk of each plant over, and scrog the resulting side branches that become tops
Both are in 1 30 gallon notil pot, I think thats plenty of space for 2 autos. The soil is a blend of 5th cycle soil from a previous 15 gallon pot, and a new coots mix recipe to fill in the rest. Cover crop is sown, and red wiggler worms are in the soil as well. Since this is the first run in the new soil, and it's with autos, I won't top dress until I see pistils.
Light is a HLG Patriot 150 dimmed to 110 watts at a distance of 28 inches. Once the plants have their first 5 point leaves I will lower the lights to 24 inches. Eventually working my way down to 18 inches. I may increase the wattage depending on how the plants respond. I should add that this is my first grow with this light, coming from an HLG 100. I tried running 2 HLG 100s in flower while running photos, but it proved to be too much. Excited to see how this goes.
Environment is what it is unfortunately, but my house is heated and cooled by a frigid air central heating/air unit. Parameters are not perfect but aren't terrible either. This is my limiting factor, and the main reason I don't run more light intensity.
I have grown this strain before, and 1 other strain from this breeder. This was the terpiest bud I've ever grown.
