~ Orange Cookies x Nicole ~ I really have not been able to gather much information at all on this strain which, in my mind, makes it even more exciting to grow it! What information I have been able to find about this Orange Cookies x Nicole is as follows: Orange Cookies from Franchise Genetics (Sonic's Orange x Cookies & Cream [Starfighter x Girl Scout Cookies]). Nicole Kush from the Marimberos Collective teamed with DNA Genetics ([MK Ultra x Blue Satellite] x [Shishkaberry x Blueberry]). Indica-dominant Height: Short - Medium Yield: Medium - High, 400 - 500 gr/m2 indoors. Flowering: 8 - 9 weeks THC: Very high - 20%+ Taste: Complex, citrus, creamy, earthy. Effect: Potent, relaxing, long-lasting. Sorry I couldn't provide any more detailed Intel on this strain but I have a sneaking suspicion that I'll have a bunch when this run is over... Let's get it on! 😁👍 ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~ This will be a 100% Organic grow ~ Initially seed was planted directly into the medium. ~ Planted into a 1qt. plastic pot filled with that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 6.5 ph. ~ Seed germinated for three days before breaking ground. ~ Grown in a 10g fabric pot filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite amended with Xtreme Gardening Mykos, Gaia Green 4-4-4 (2tbsp/g) / 2-8-4 (1tbsp/g) and 30% Worm Castings. ~ Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with Gaia Green slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~ Straight well water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ~ Grown under HLG 650R's with a 18/6 light cycle for vegetation, then 12/12 to flower with supplemental UVA added during the last weeks of flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~ Supplemental co2 provided throughout vegetation and flower - monitored and controlled by an AutoPilot APC8200 co2 controller. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 3/7- Here we go into Week 3 of flower and the Seedsman Orange Cookies x Nicole is really starting to show her stuff! I apologize for being a bit behind on my diary entries. I just acquired a new addition to my fam... an 11w old puppy! Her name is 'Money' and I've been spending time bonding with her. Stay tuned for some pic's of her once she's gotten settled in. I started off this week with a good watering of the Orange Cookies x Nicole, giving her .75g of well water, which I ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉. I'm continuing to split the water used, 75% through the top, the rest into the pan where it is absorbed up into the medium. I also spread out a couple of her branches into the trellis net and removed some small growth that was far below the canopy in the trellis. 3/9- I'm cutting back on the amount of water to .5g as she is not drinking as much as she was previously and I want the Orange Cookies x Nicole's medium to be able to be dry enough that when watered, fresh oxygen is pulled all the way through the medium and roots. I watered today with .5g of well water, to which I also added 5ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann, and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 73℉. The Orange Cookies x Nicole is looking fabulous and I can't wait to see how her flowers will develop as this is my first experience cultivating this strain! 3/11- I skipped watering today after checking the medium on the Orange Cookies x Nicole with a soil moisture probe and seeing that it was still VERY moist, I opted to let her go for one more day before watering. Her water consumption has noticeably dropped in the last couple of weeks and I have compensated for this by extending the times between her watering. It's pretty obvious that the Orange Cookies x Nicole likes her medium a bit on the dry side as she's really looking happy! 3/13- I ended this week with a good watering that I finally felt was needed after doing my daily check of the medium's moisture level via my Soil Moisture Probe. I went ahead and gave the Orange Cookies x Nicole .75g of of well water, to which I also added 5ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann, and then ph'd it to 6.4 @ 74℉.
