jben1990 Put 4 Blueberry Muffins by the Humboldt Seed Company to germ in a moist paper towel, covered them with two paper plates, and put a hand warmer under the plates for warmth. 4/4 seeds germed.
jben1990 Picked up organic soil at the local hydro shop and it was infested with gnats. Luckily I only used it to slightly top off the plants and was able to control the issue rather quickly with a mix of natural ingredients such as cinnamon and garlic and Dr. Zymes to finish the job.

jben1990 Hello Growers,
Here is a quick update on day 41 of the 4 blueberry muffins. Started to notice some light stress on Plant #1 as you can see in the picture I included. All new growth has yellow tips and the older bigger growth is curling up. Today I proceeded to raise the HLG 350r by another 4-6 inches to see if this improves these symptoms. I will also need to test PH to see where all 4 plants are and proceed accordingly.
I am certain it is not a Nitrogen deficiency as I fed them earlier this week and I ruled out toxicity as well because I fed them on the conservative side. Let me know if you guys have any other recommendations with the info provided. Happy to provide more if necessary.

jben1990 Hello Growers,
Quick update at day 47. I set up a SCROG which looks a bit busted but I will work on perfecting it. Plants are all doing great. Plant #3 is still showing the fastest growth. Surprisingly Plant #4 is now catching up to 3 and leaving its other 2 sisters behind.
Can't wait to put these babies to flower
in a little over a week. I will add more pics on day 49 for the official week 7 status.
In pictures 7 and 8 you will see a picture of the stem. If you look closely you will see thar the stem is wider than a normal stem. Almost like 2 stems merged together. This is also causing the bud to look strange. Anyone seen this before?
i even had more crazy ones in my new crossings, but usually they develop nice buds :)
i dont know its genetic, or some enviromental effect, or some infection, but except the shape, they always looked healthy.
This is called fasciation and it is the result of an improper hormone balance in the apical meristem resulting in abnormal cell differentiation. It's cause is normally genetic predisposition or a biotic stress and its found all over the plant kingdom. Normally it has nothing to do with ploidy level

jben1990 End of week 3 and I am very excited for the remaining half of flower. Buds are starting to show a lot of trichomes and the blueberry aromas given off by these flowers is amazing. I highly recommend this strain for anyone who is thinking of growing buy may be limited due to odors as this strain smells more of fruits than cannabis. Let me see if this continues to be the case as we start the second half of flower. Let me know how these buds are looking and if they are the right size for a plant going into week 4. Best Smokes everyone!

jben1990 Chopping these girls down next weekend if all goes well. Stay tuned for more!
100% worth the time and effort. This is a beautiful strain that will give you quality over quantity and the aromas, oh man, the aromas.
Go get yourself some Blueberry Muffin from Humboldt Seeds Co. You won't regret it. I will have a smoke report and final weight in a couple of weeks.
