Follow recommendations FoxFarm has on their site for amounts and time periods, added the Alaskan Fish just as I felt it was needed or beneficial. This is my 3rd grow, used FoxFarm for all three and have been very pleased with the outcome.

Great, was able to adjust the % of light needed depending on the need. The Pro has a remote control and a receptacle for the other light. The non-Pro had to be adjusted with a pod switch but was easy enought.

Was an absolute thrill growing this Northern Lights, 6oz dried and trimed, more than I will ever need so some will got to making some bubble hash :-)

@EastCoastGrowShow, Thanks. I tell ya, I just enjoy the hell out of growing. My wife and kids were amazed at what's been grown in a year (mostly autos), each grow has been better than the one before. They like......damn who would of thought Dad had a green thumb...ha ha.
