Damn... that isn't pretty, is it?! You're right about the dark color coming from too much nitrogen - and that toxicity has probably led to a lockout of other nutrients which won't be fixed without flushing your plant. If at all possible (and I know it might NOT be possible given the fact you've scrogged) you need to run 15 gallons of pH'd water through her adding in 1/2 strength nutes in the final gallon. You should also add a dose of calmag as more of a preventative at this point. If flushing isn't possible, give her only plain pH'd water for the next week.
And finally, this particular lady needs a good PK booster as what I think I'm looking at here is the beginning of both a phosphorus and postassium deficiency. All of the ladies will appreciate both the calmag and the PK booster ... calmag because it's this particular point in any grow that a calcium deficiency will raise its head... and the PK will work hard on the buds helping them get to their full potential.
Good luck!
