Soaking seeds in 3% Hydrogen Peroxide for 24 hrs in the dark.
These seeds were purchased last year but have been stored in the fridge inside a airtight container the entire time.
Transferred to paper towel the next day and placed into bag.
Transferred to rock wool cubes the next day as three already had tails
6 days after soaking I have 3 popping out of the rock wool cube and the last one almost breaching the cube.
very happy with these seeds from AMS, even after over a year they are still strong 💪
10 days later had to pop another seed into soaking, the last one to pop had got a bit confused about which way was up and think its used up all its energy, I had tried to help it but think it was done.
I have left it in the cube to see if it comes right but its already pretty far behind the others.
After a long start, Im finally ready to move into week 1. All cubes are in the pots and second water change has been done. The 3 are more advanced than the later seedling but should be ok to flower at the same time
Water Change Day and all are looking good, increased nutrients and water level.
Still unsure how much to fill the buckets up to, so if anyone wants to chime in would be very helpful. Water level at the moment is about 4" below the net pots as they are being fed by drippers at the moment.
Roots are coming through 1 net pot so far.

Did water change this morning, Roots are looking good and 3 will be ready for their first trim. the late seed is growing a bit strange so will have to wait and see what to do with her.

Topped and trimmed the 3 plants, the fourth on closer inspection has topped itself at the second node. I will just wing this one as it seems to be doing its own thing. The others were very densely growing and was happy to remove alot of the foliation.
Happy with the growth this last week, Root growth was great and canopy was pretty good too.
Switched over to Vitathrive this week instead of Rezin and will see how it goes.
Gave one of them a trim to get some air flow through, will introduce some tie downs this week.

This week is the final topping, training will be all week and into the next week, happy with the progress of these plants and happy with the buckets they are in. Will most likely grow some vegetables in these when I get new pots.

I am thinking this will be my last week of veg, the girls are looking very bushy and have all the colas I am wanting.
I have moved the buckets out of the tent and the room is maintaining humidity and temperature. it is still a Work in Progress but will make this work.
I will introduce a scrog net this week for support and if all goes well I will change the lights over to 12hr.

Have introduced the net and Lolli popped the girls. they are looking good but for some reason the girls at the end of the system are much larger.
I made the mistake of not trimming leaves that were blocking the light of other colas and now have inconsistent growth in them, hopefully they will balance out this week as I will keep an eye on them and remove any leaves that are blocking light.

Week 2 of flower and the bigger girl is stretching, causing me a little stress as I want to keep an even canopy.
Leaf growth is very strong, im still trimming away leaves covering bud sites until the push higher.

All sites are showing that they are flowering, all plants are looking healthy with no signs of stress.
Very disappointed in myself for not leaving room to get to the back corner plant. but have learnt a great lesson.
Hopefully not being able to trim and train it properly does not affect its growth too much.
Looking forward to the next 5 weeks of growth from these beautiful ladies and the aroma they will produce.

Did the water change yesterday but was too lazy to upload diary so its here today.
Plants are growing a bit too much and have ended up with this jungle in the room. I will definitely be doing things differently next grow as this is a little too unorganized for my liking.
I can foresee that harvest trim is going to be rather painful, might get some help with this one.
At the end of it all, I am very happy with the plants and the DWC system. I am spending less time maintaining the plants compared to using CocoCoir.

Plants are still looking healthy but a bit too bushy for my liking.
Was having issues last week with EC values creeping up to 3.0 on a daily from day 4 of water change, I was diluting it down with Ph water to get it back down to 2.4.
I have givin it a bit of extra care with the water change today to try and avoid the buildup this week.
I am still not running Co2 but will grab a bag today, I have also ran out of the Dual Fuel so switched over to GP3 that I have had sitting in my room for over a year.
I gave them a little defoliation, but had seriously missed the boat on getting these ladies into the shape I want. I will just ride this one out for the next 4 weeks and learn from my mistakes.

Did water change on the pots 2 days ago, Im still getting rising EC and nothing back from GreenPlanet nutrients on solutions.
The plants are looking very healthy so im just topping up the buckets with ph'd tap water to keep the EC down.

Well week 7... I definitely know that I left too much on and am gonna have popcorn to deal with.
The Colas have swollen a bit but due to all the excess shit I left on before flower the plants have used energy in those unwanted parts.
Hard to guess what sort of harvest this will be like.
I will also now have to prepare for the next grow now so im not wasting time while plants are hanging

Week 8 of flower, I am happy with the grow. I am able to see what can be used for smoke and what will go into butter.
Underneath all the nice colas are popcorn buds that have been sucking away at the main colas.
The system will get a complete redesign for next grow to iron out the weaknesses in this setup.
The buckets were $ 2 5 0 from Ebay and have been able to produce good results but would prefer to have something like the currentculture RDWC system.

So the ladies are getting flushed this week, Trichomes are just starting to cloud but mostly clear, I will be keeping an eye on these daily from now till harvest.
I have noticed that the plant that was added last is super hairy and is looking good, tbh im not expecting a great yield from this grow but it has been great for me to learn the system and this will surely be a great smoke.

Well the girls are still not ready, still alot of flowers with clear trichomes. they are changing color which is good but was actually looking to harvest last week.
This strain is quite a nice plant, it has a sweet aroma while flowering and the colas are very sticky.
The plant is easily trained and robust. I split a few branches and just tied them back together, the plants healed in a week.
Will happily grow this again
