Mett420 Beginning of the second week of vegetation, the FBC on the right are growing fast, green cotyledons and strong photosynthesis (thanks to the LED) pushing them to pump a lot of nutrients (in fact, they are double the size compared to the others), Mimoshi in the center is a bit behind, still just the cotyledon out and a bit yellowed, I'm trying to increase the humidity a bit with the bottle, but knowing the genetics, it's very delicate, White Runtz with the first leaves that look like basil, crumpled and small, it will be an unselected phenotype, Frosted guava is normal.

Mett420 La Mimoshi has been temporarily moved outside in the hope of recovering it, while the others are definitely taking off.

Mett420 As you can see, the CO2 bag we put in last time has significantly boosted the plants' photosynthesis, making them more than double in just one week.

Mett420 Interesting week. The plants have doubled in height and thickness, and it's time to do the Topping (which I didn't take photos of), defoliate, and insert the LST clips to start opening up the stems, then position the net for the SCROG in about a week or two at most, just enough time to see how the nutrients redistribute throughout the plant, hoping to have uniform and strong stems. I'll still use the bigger leaves a bit longer for photosynthesis and nutrient pumping; as soon as I position the net, I'll cut them off to favor the lower internode stems.

Mett420 This week I started setting the stems in the net, which partially replaces the clips and allows the stem to expand, covering its "square" within the net. Complete cleaning of everything below the tip of the stem to promote nutrition to just the top. Another week of waiting for the other stems to stretch and reach more or less the same level, then we'll switch to 12/12 to start the flowering (the light setting is still at 400w power).

Mett420 After a really aggressive defoliation, the plants have responded very, very well despite the increase in LED watts. In fact, the color of the leaves is really intense, and they show no signs of deficiencies... As for the rest, they are stretching as they should and starting to spread properly along the net, and I will proceed with HST in the coming days to lower the tops even more. Flowering is starting!

Mett420 I tried bending the tops of the taller plants several times, but even though I thought I had bent them enough, the next day they stood straight up as if I hadn't touched them at all. Otherwise, it has pushed out a ton of leaves again, and it's really pushing... you can see a well-distributed branching, and unlike those under HPS, they have much shorter internodes. I'll keep going like this hoping for big, dense tops thanks to Advance Nutrients, which really helps with the final development of the flower.

Mett420 After two weeks without posting anything, we're in the last week of products before the flush. All 4 plants seem to have a great structure, good branching of the apicals, and compact, fragrant buds (super sticky, can't touch them without gloves). We'll soon start the flush with ice to encourage the purple pigments to form and spread throughout the plant. We'll update at the beginning of the flush!
