Looking abit droopy this week. I think overwatering them along with chilly temps during lights out have caused this. I have upped the light schedule from 18/6 to 20/4 to help correct this. See you next week. ✌️
Conditions in the tent have improved, everyone is looking much happier this week. 😀
They are coming along nicely just a little slow so far. I started adding Microbes and CalMag this week. One of them has an odd shaped leaf that almost resembles a "Duckfoot" leaf mutation. I've read somewhere that the first few leaves can come out a little funny looking so I guess it's normal.
Until next week ✌️ 😶🌫️
Week 4
These girls have really not been happy with me and growing pretty slow. I've made the mistake of letting them get cold/wet to much. I've upped the light intensity to 100% and duration to 20/4. I also added a small heater.
Until next week ✌️ 😶🌫️
Week 5
Still looking rough but better than before. These 2 have stretched quite a bit since last week, definitely going into flower. Slowly adding Bloom Formula this week. I have been trying to maintain a higher and more stable temperature in the tent which seems to have helped some. Since I have seemingly stunted thier growth so much I have decided not to do much LST on these 2 plants. Just going to be doing a little leaf tucking and we will see what happens.
Until next week ✌️
Week 6
Still not doing so well, these 2 plants are very finicky. Most of my plants have had similar issues with leaf clawing from overwatering combined with cold temps but no where near as bad as these 2. I have been watering them less and keeping the tent warmer during lights out but they don't seem to be recovering like the other plants, oh well 🤷. Just hoping to get them across the finish line.
**update 3-9 starting to look a little better. Soil is drying out much faster now that they are in flower.
Until next week. ✌️
Week 8
Bottom fan leaves are starting to Yellow and die off....they must have some sort of deficiency but I'm guessing it's to late to do much about it. Ive been going pretty light with the nutrients and that was apparently a mistake. When the soil dries I'm going to give them a good feed. I'm just hoping to get them to the finish line at this point.
Until next week ✌️
Week 9
These girls have really made a turn around! They had a rough start but im very happy with the way they are turning out. The flowers are swelling and getting frostier by the day!!
Went from feeding once a week ish to feeding every other watering and giving them more nutrient solution at a time. The yellowing fan leaves at the top of the plants went back to green! So I suppose they needed the uptick in nutrients.
The flowers are perfect little frosty cones, I love the structure and look of them.😍
Every time I open the tent I'm hit with a wonderful " Kushy/Pineapple/Fruity" smell, makes me drool.🤤 🤤
Until next week ✌️
Week 10
Looks like they are starting to finish up, especially plant B. Both of them smell and look amazing, nice and frosty. Im really looking forward to this harvest!!
Both got a final light feeding on March 31. Plain well water until the end, planning on doing a good flush on the next watering.
Until next week ✌️
Week 11
Fat smelly flowers get fatter and smellier by the day. Coasting to the finish now, just flushing with cold sink water when the soil gets dry and waiting.
Until next week ✌️
Week 12
Plant B was harvested tonight, it looked pretty much done.
Plant A has grown some fat flowers and still looks like it needs a little more time.
Until next week ✌️
Week 13
Nearly there now. I will probably chop her down in the next few days after the soil dries out. The buds are getting beautiful purple colors but it's hard to see because they are covered in trichomes. The odor is a mix of fruity with a strong cake smell, delicious!
Until harvest ✌️
These girls had a bit of a rough start. They seemed to be more sensitive to overwatering and cold temperatures than the other strains I had in the tent at the time. Somewhere around the time they started flowering they began to turn around and ended up giving me some really nice resinous flowers. After they dry/cure for a week or 2 I'll be back with a smoke report. Can't wait!!!
