Today was the first day of week 5 and things are still going great...all plants lush and beautiful, and now I can say aromatic. Very aromatic. This strain is starting to take on a strong sour apple smell when the resin is worked between the fingers and is super frosty. My pics don't do the resin glands justice with the 2700k HPS light but next week I will try to do better and get some pics a few mins before lights on so you guys can get a better look at the frost. Plant A (5gal full-organic) is still a dwarf when compared to her sisters, but her buds are stacking nicely so the yield will be decent - I'm guessing 4oz cured - but the quality is what is on the chopping block with this grow. Between the fully synthetic plants, the fully organic plant, the syn-organic plant, and the lab results, I will put the bro science argument concerning the better growing method to sleep in my conscience. The lab samples were taken on 3/24 and I still haven't got the results back...but I should have them by the next update. Plant D (3gal DWC) is the largest plant by far and is drinking slightly over half a gallon of 1300ppm (Hannah) solution per day - and plant B (5gal syn-organic) is right in the middle. Plant C (3gal full synthetic) is right between A and B. VPD has been and continues to be great for this run bouncing around between 1.1-1.3 with leaf surface temps averaging 79 degrees lights on and 71 degrees off. PPFD 900 center and 550 corners. The clones aren't babies anymore and are turning into bushes...my prop tent is stuffed. Looking forward to making the call on which plant will be selected for S1 seeds but my money is still on B. Mag Pro was upped to 7.5% base strength for week 5 - this will be the last change until flush begins.
