took my eye off this one for a week or two after putting in the new light and a nitrogen fungus bag and it was crazy how quick shes grown. learning more everytime i grow a batch, having heat issues with this one as the plants are drying out from this new light.
these girls are getting huge just waiting for them to fatten up. loving the smell of royal gorilla, its very pungent and sticky but loved it last time, im sure ill love it this time.
new week, im not actually keeping track as from my last ones you get the jist of how it all works and what should be followed to fix the issues you may be having. i believe i have a nitrogen deficiency but im so close im not adjusting too much i put a co2 bag in and upped my calmag, im taking a break after this one.
update!!! I FOUND OUT I HAVE SPIDERMITES. alot of newer growers wont know what to look for, its been such a long time since i had them i missed the signs. wilting leaves slowly going yellow and dieing. i thought it was a deficiency so i bumped up the nutes and saw nute burn on the tips of my leaves so be sure to check under your leaves for small white eggs or little redish sort of bugs/cobwebs. if your in flower you wont want to spray your buds with anything toxic since your going to smoke it anyways. i have ordered predator mites which eat spidermites and are the best option in my opinion as iv tried multiple options and unless i get it in veg i dont use chemicals so predator mites are my go to!
predator mites coming in the mail tomorrow so i should have that sorted. i just did the last feeding today and from here on out i will be flushing every 2 days with water until harvest.
I have just been flushing these girls the last two weeks. the predator mites turned out to die the first time and the second time iv seen reduction but still have a mite issue. about to start chopping in 2 days and ill have it up to dry for the next week. the heads are so fat they aren't able to hold their own weight anymore and i haven't had time to go get yo-yos to hold them up. A few more days then chop trim dry and toke.
over 1300grams wet but weight, im estimating 10.5 dry of the royal gorilla. the two smaller ones were decent they just couldn't hold their heads in the end and fell over repeatedly. im glad the grows over this one has been about 6 months since seed.
if not so much time left, and no younger plants there, maybe dont care with spidermites, and after harvest push the area with ozone. for me only that worked to completelly remove them from room.
