Vegetation started on 12/18/22 after a long seedling stage - about 4 weeks where it just sat there doing nothing. But once it began growing, it has been vigorous. I am regularly trimming off leaves and bending stems into the shape it is now. I plan on flipping the lights next week. The Complete Crop nutrients are really good.💪

What level of humidity should be maintained during flower. On previous grows, I kept it to 50 rh. But after seeing some growers use as high as 70rh, I upped this grow to 60rh. Thoughts?

Veg is 60 but for flower you want it lower to avoid bud rot and wpm. Lookup "vpd chart" to get optimal grow conditions.

Should I raise the lights during flower stretch to maintain the same distance from light source to canopy? I notice that my plants continue to get taller than most. I know the stretch is natural, but I'm wondering if constantly raising the lights with growth is the right approach

A good thing to do is watch for any signs of light damage. The first signs your plant will give you will be the turning of leaves away from the light source. That's a good indication that you should raise your light. You're going to want to keep the intensity so yes raising it is the best approach but wait until she tells you. Hope this helps.

Hi growmates, I tried flushing the last week, and the plant seemed to die, with buds beginning to dry. When I harvested, the lower buds just crumbled. The colas though were still tight. Do you think I should have kept giving nutrients to the end? Has anyone experienced this?

Structure looks awesome, I’m doing something similar, but yours looks much healthier. I’m psyched to see the stretch in the next couple of weeks. Any plans to scrog?

@Mr_Maritime, I tried a scrog net on my other grow (Bubble Gum clone), but found it limiting because I sometimes turn the pot to clip the rear leaves, and I couldn't do that with the net. I will use bamboo poles and wire to hold things up once flowers get heavy. Happy growing mate.😎

I don't know what I was thinking. This plant was harvested after week 15 in diary. The extreme defoliation did not work out in the end. I learned that by taking off nearly all of the fan leaves, the plant focused energy on growing those back. I thought it might force energy to the buds, but I was wrong. For others out there, if you're thinking of doing this, don't!
