MisterZ In growth. Started feeding with Biobizz nutrients. Using softened tap water TH=20°f, pH adjusted to 6. It's less than 5°C outside in the morning, so 8 in the garage and my closet isn't heated. I'm using a 150w MH which allows for temperatures between 20 and 26°C.

MisterZ The growth is quite slow. Definitely because of the temperatures being too low at night, around 10 to 12°C. I might have started a bit early. The 3 plants have the same development. That's encouraging. I've switched to 3ml/l of each nutrient. The temperatures are milder now. I put one in an unheated greenhouse. It goes from 18 hours of light to 11:30. I take it out as soon as possible.

MisterZ The fifth week begins. No sign of flowering yet. Growth is slowed down probably due to the nighttime temperatures. I'll be able to compare the development in the greenhouse and indoors. I pruned above the 4th node to create a little bush even though this plant remains compact. I practice this pruning as soon as possible before flowering.

MisterZstarted grow question 3y ago
Hello. I noticed this morning some leaves have their ends getting yellow and roll up to the center of the leaves. Some other leaves have very tiny brown dots. Only one plant shows up this phenomenon, others are ok. Ph is 6.5 for watering. Any ideas? Advice? Thanks for helping

Looks to me like too much water or incorrect watering. The claws (the downward-curving leaf tips on the green leaves) indicate that. The dry leaf tips show signs of too much fertilizer (N). But it could also be due to the watering, as nutrients accumulate at the bottom of the pot and can lead to over-fertilization. It's best to get into a regular rhythm with your watering. Rule of thumb: only water enough so that the soil is completely dry again within 3 days at the latest.

MisterZ Not a great week. Indoor1 hasn't developed much but is flowering. I broke a branch of indoor2... outdoor is well developed but its flowering is delayed probably due to the cold. 2 branches have been eaten by insects.

MisterZ Indoor1 stays small, definitely due to an excess of nutrients. The flowers of indoor2 are starting to thicken. I often move the one outside between the garden and the greenhouse. The flowering of the outdoor one is noticeably less advanced. Without any pruning, it is taller and leafier.

MisterZ The maturity of the indoor plants is close. I water them with rainwater without adjusting the pH. One of the two indoor plants has yellowed prematurely due to excess fertilizer. The other continues to thicken and has a lot of resin. I added a photo of an apple tree; I do the same for the trees, this one has its canopy horizontal at about 1.80m off the ground. After a few years of training its shape, I now trim it only for fruiting. All parts of the tree have the same exposure, and I can reach them without climbing on a stool.

MisterZ 05/05: Flowering is close. For a week, I've been watering with rainwater without pH correction. 08/05: I harvested the smallest of the 2 that was ripe. It had yellow leaves. One bud was affected by botrytis. I need to keep an eye on the one that remains. 71 g wet before curing.

MisterZ The smallest plant was harvested on Monday 8/05. It suffered from an excess of nutrients and didn't develop well. The other one indoors still needs a few more days. Finally, the one outdoors is very interesting: it has a lot of leaves and tiny buds. All three received the same treatment. 14/05: I harvested the plant that was growing outdoors. Lots of big leaves and tiny buds. I'm going to prepare Marrakech butter with the whole plant.

MisterZ The temperatures have dropped. It's cool again in the grow room. So the harvest is a bit delayed but imminent. Usually, I manage to get a little bush with 6 branches. This one only has 5 because I broke one.

MisterZ It's not a big harvest. The plants were cold during the first weeks: ~10°C at night and 16°C during the day. The development is limited for the 2 plants. However, the buds have a good size and density. The first one has been harvested for 2 weeks and produced 19g of good dry ganja. It's a good, dense plant with a nice effect.

When the soil is dry again, continue watering as before. It's best to use 1/4 to 1/3 of the container's volume in water. So if the container has a volume of 15 liters, you should water with 3-5 liters of water. The plant needs to be able to drink all that water completely within 3 days.

@Terp1, I just did that. I am growing in 7l textile bags. As they were all dry, I watered until water flows through the bottom. I had not much time left last days and watered as I could: not enough and not regularly. Thanks for replying as I closed the questions too quickly 👍
